Hot Tub Out of Service. No Elevator.

Balcony in the room was nice. Beds were comfortable and it was clean for its age.

Very upset that the hot tub was out of order as this was the reason I booked this hotel. There was no mention of this on their website when I booked the week before. There was also no elevator in the older section we were in which made for multiple trips to the vehicle for luggage and belongings since we could not use a luggage cart. The room location and lack of amenities was not a $250 stay!

This was a DISAPPOINTING experience due to lack of concern on the part of your staff!k

I made a reservation approx 6 weeks ago. Luckily I called to confirm my reservation a couple of days before to be told that the hotel was closed due to an electrical fire. NO ONE CONTACTED ME to inform that I would not have accommodations.

I DO NOT LIKE that I was not informed that I would not have my reserved accommodations! Had I not called, I would have arrived to find we did not have a room. It cost me considerably more to book a room at another hotel on short notice. I was lucky to get one short notice!

Hotel closed.

When we got there the hotel was closed due to a fire that happened 3 weeks ago and no one notified us despite hotel saying that Booking.com had been notified. We had to find another hotel that night last minute which was quite an inconvenience and more expensive. Very disappointed with Booking.com. We were lucky that not hotels in the area were booked.

I was very surprise to learn that I had booked a pet friendly hotel and then was told that there is a 25.00 charge? 1st time I have been charged extra.

If you’re travelling with a pet and need a clean, quiet place to stay- don’t stay here.

I liked the pool, hot tub and dry sauna. It has a central location with easy access to highway.

I did not enjoy that the pet friendly room I stayed in had the most disgusting carpets I’ve ever seen. The room smelled of all the pets that have stayed in before and obviously have not been cleaned in a long time. Even my dog had a hard time finding a comfortable place to lay down. The bottom of bathroom door was chewed by some previous pet and never repaired, but it made easy access for the resident bathroom spider to roam around. The doors had an automatic locking mechanism that made a crashing sound if they were let go and when combined with a drunk guy going out for a cigarette every 15 minutes between 12:30 and 2 am, made for the worst Saturday night ever. Calling the front desk was difficult as the hotel phone was broken. It wouldn’t have mattered, not once in the two days I stayed did anyone ask about my experience or seemed anything other than sleepwalking on the job.

Fee for pet and more noise from people above me and children running in the halls making noise My dog was way less noisy . Also if pet fee for cleaning, there was dog hair on chair from a previous visitor that hadn’t been removed

Cleaning staff. Thank you for showing up. Front desk and management staff on the other hand? Non existent

The room next to mine had a party all night with loud music, banging on walls, smoking weed, and arguments. I called the Front Desk every hour but nothing was done. By the third time calling the Front Desk, they stopped answering. I asked to speak to management when checking out and was told someone would call. No one called. I left several messages via email and phone. Nothing was done. I am so disappointed in how this was handled that I will never return, and I will continue to write bad reviews all over social media. The ignorant guests were rude and disrespectful, but suffered no consequences. And seemingly no staff to handle guests.

the rooms were very nice

The heat control was nonexistent. When we originally got there, the room temperature was 63f. We played with the thermostat and nothing changed until later that evening when it seemed to turn on automatically. The next morning around 6am it shut down again and we got out of bed to 64f. It was good that we were checking out because we couldn’t get it to come back on. The other problem we had was the internet. It was also nonexistent. I think being on the 5 floor didn’t help. We were told to come down to reception to log in then return to our room and we should still be connected. That didn’t work. They had no other solution. This is all too bad because it was such a nice hotel.

no easy to find it. nothing on the app side state is animal friendly. the people on the next room were very noise.gave me ticket for breakfast and there was not breakfast, but they didn’t clarify when I checked in

Tired hotel in need of upgrading.

There was no Breakfast provided because it was Christmas Day. In a way I understand this but if a person is staying at a place and taking their money their needs should be met. Nothing else was open. I had phoned ahead a few days before and was told their would be Breakfast available on December 25th. However when checking in I was told it was unavailable because it was Christmas Day.

I don't like worn looking rooms with rusty hinges, old wallpaper, dirty grout and worn carpet. I hope for a place that I am staying to be equal to my home or better.
