Bathroom, shower and general cleanness
The cigarette smoke smell in the room was very strong. It was a non-smoking room. There was no Microwave in the room. The swimming pool and the gim were under construction, but this info was emailed to me after the time passed for me to change or cancel my booking.

Breakfast was adequate. Coffee was good.
There was no sugar free natural Yoghurt available.

The room was clean and comfortable.
There was no microwave oven available even though there were some frozen food available at the hotel.

It was a modern hotel.
The construction was unbearable. Dust and doors malfunctioning. They could have offered free breakfast during this time. The hotel still charged its regular price nowing that the amenities were out of order and that noise and dust prevailed throughout. I wll not recommend to ANYONE.

Pretty clean rooms and comfy beds. Not too far from niagara and toronto
Room had ants , main entrance was hard to find due to renovations.

I picked this hotel for location.
Didn't know hotel was under construction, a heads up would have been nice. Kids were excited to go for a swim but didnt know it was closed. Didn't like the entrance changes at night, i arrived late at night and parked in the front where i entered during the day and had to walk all the way around with the kids and carrying a lot of stuff, and the staff didn't mention anything about it when i checked in, they should let their guests know about all these things when checking in.

The staff was friendly. The restaurant on site had great food. My husband loved the meatloaf and my kids really enjoyed the honey wings. The waitress was also very nice.
The facility was under construction. It was very confusing where we were supposed to enter the building to check in, even though there were signs. We tried to follow the signs but I am sure that if I had not seen the employee when I entered , I could’ve easily gotten lost. Also, we wanted to purchase a water bottle but the facility did not have any to purchase and the bar/ restaurant also did not have any… and I feel like that is something basic that should be available for guests who are traveling to purchase. Although, they did have pitchers filled with water and clean glasses for guests.

Their beds were clean and comfy and pillows were fluffy. Retaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room lack basic amenities like microwave. They do not have complimentary bottled water and I think they forgot to put the free coffee pods. They replenished it on the last day and were there for a total of 3 nights. The pool was dirty. I could see clumps of dirt at the bottom of the pool. The room floor feels dirty.

Breakfast was OK.
We found out after we booked non refundable booking that the facilities were all under repair and not available. These were the main reason we chose this booking. We called booking and the hotel but both told us sorry, nonrefundable. Upon arrival, the desk staff were unfriendly and not overly helpful, we got stuck in the elevator, as there was renovations happening and dirt and grit in the door tracks didn't allow it to open when we got to our floor. The door to our room wouldn't open, so had to run down the stairs to request new keys, and again staff were not friendly and repeatedly asked us if we did it right. On entering, the door lock did not line up right and we couldn't use the manual lock, and then the sliding door to the bathroom was stuck and had to call the front desk again to have maintenance come up and open the sliding door and rescue us. Overall, anything that could go wrong, did....and unfortunately the staff didn't make things easier.

Hotel staff was very friendly and eager to help with any issues.
Currently finishing off renovations so not all rooms currently available but high executive floors are newly updated and quiet.
Had some issues with reservation modifications done over Booking.com but eventually everything sorted properly.
Hotel food options not great but many local restaurants within walking distance.

Housekeeping coming into my room while I'm sleeping. Construction going on in the morning while sleeping...

The location worked well for our day trips to Toronto and to Hamilton. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who worked in the onsite restaurant was very accommodating with our food orders.
I didn't like that the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I imagine it was a football fan who pulled a false alarm because the Winnipeg Blue Bombers were staying at the hotel ahead of the Grey Cup. If this was so, it was very inconsiderate and immature.

it was very dirty and very dusty. we couldn’t breath in the rooms, because the ventilation was making it worse.
Even the bed sheets were full of dust. we were also woken up in the morning with the construction work that’s being done.

It was close to two separate locations we needed to visit. The Keurig coffee machine / complimentary pods was nice.
Pool / hot tub not available because of Covid. Totally understand though.

I had thought the booking info had said that the breakfast was included, not.
The oatmeal was great, as was the pancakes, for my grandchildren, who stayed
over one night.
The room was dated, door to bathroom had been poorly patched at the bottom
and was coming apart one inch up. The carpet didn't look clean
