The price . The bed was comfy . Could park outside your room
The room looked super run down, handles missing off drawers, bathroom was yellow, floor peeling, large stains on chairs and walls . No extra ( like a coffee maker)
6.0
Inexpensive stop on a road trip for a late night check in and early departure.
Bed was comfortable. Not noisy from the highway (even though we were very close)
Room needs a bit of an upgrade - very “tired”.
9.0
always friendly at this hotel. Bed I slept in could use an update and squeaked when I moved.
One of the queen beds was very squeaky

Not much
The property was dirty and so was our room. Pool was not working either. Tire got slashed while there and so many truckers leaving early waking everyone up.
5.0
Staff were friendly, location was great, parking was good
Carpets in room desperately need replacing. They were sticky and stained. Couch was also stained and dirty. Price was way too high for the level of room. $385 because of a concert is not right. This hotel should not have been more than $250 based on the dated carpets, couch and bathroom.
2.0
It was close to the Abottsford Centre.
It was in very poor condition, stains everywhere, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling and the tub was chipped and dirty. The flooring was very uneven but just covered up by a rug. And the beds were incredibly uncomfortable.
3.0
The location is great.
The air conditioning was exceptionally loud, and did not cool the room. There were flies in the room.

definitely not worth the price we paid
pretty sketchy people in parking lot of hotel. shanty town across the road. rooms doesn’t look at all like the website picture.

There was a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom all night long, but there was nothing dripping that I could find. Loud road noise also from the highway. There is an encampment directly across the road, tbh didn't feel safe in the room at all. The desk chair in the room also looked like it had been found on the street, full of hairs and ripped at the seams.
10.0
Close to lots of restaurant options, easy to find, right off the highway, beds were comfy and clean, and outdoor access made unpacking and packing easy.
10.0
I love the warm greetings, friendly service, and how it feels like home.

location
the room smelled like smoke
3.0
The floor was held together by tape, in some places. There was a very sharp smell in the room that caused my wife an.imstant headache. The hotel is situated across the street from a homeless camp.

close to the airport
Sketchy location. I had to leave at 2 am and although there was security apparently, some people were walking around with a hoodie up. Beside my car was a couple sitting in their car probably smoking… I didn’t feel really safe.
3.0
Lots of restraunts nearby.
The website states the pool and hot tub were open but they were not.
I didn't feel safe staying here or leaving anything of value in my car.
Some upgrades made to the motel but still needs lots of work.
8.0
The front desk workers were so so so very kind and polite and just NICE
Across the road it is very intimidating with a lot of displaced individuals and the rooms are very old with very yucky blankets lol

NOTHING
Room was filthy, urine and toilet paper in toilet and the room REAKED of smoke. Attempts to resolve with staff unsuccessful and attempts to contact Booking.com unsuccessful. More issues out of space!

affordable, decent location - next to Walmart, dining, McDonald’s, and very close to arena. (which is why we were there for rockzilla) I was concerned because I was a mom going alone with her young sons and after booking learned about the tent city across the street and heard it was really bad. but I had zero issues I didn’t see anyone outside of the camp, it was dramatically nicer than I was expecting and I felt safe. room was clean, there was lots of tv options so the kids were happy, it was pretty sound proof I didn’t hear any outside noise at all and I’m generally a very light sleeper.
I’d stay here again. it’s obviously not a high end hotel and there are low income people living in the hotel but I felt very comfortable and safe
it says continental breakfast, which wasn’t included and I read they gave Tim’s cards but we didn’t get that either but McDonald’s is across the street so we just grabbed that ourselves.

nice room, loved the hot tub
nothing. it was great

Had no breakfast and no room service, alas!
Bought expensive vending machine snacks.
Dicey neighborhood, with one unsavory character hanging around, but I felt safe. Staff and other guests were usually around.
Room service would have helped. Voucher for restaurant across the parking lot. Hotel was no where near full, so I could have been placed in a room without guests above. As it turned out the walked around, and a child ran around upstairs all night. With the volume of activity, I felt like I was inder the night shifts workroom... sad face.
4.0
the staff
the amount of people noticeably intoxicated as guests and outside of the building
6.0
centrally located and dog friendly
a kind front desk person lent me a phone charger
terrible place for dog walking - high traffic and very poor sidewalks
2 night booking but staff checked me out after one night and my key stopped working - I had to sort that out so that I could walk my dog before the event I was attending - this made me late for my event
they didn’t warn me ahead about a pet fee, and after I checked out, they called to tell me they needed to charge me an additional pet fee for the second night - disorganized
flooring is very worn - laminate flooring is worn through to the base in some places
