the lady at the breakfast was so nice and helpful
the air conditioning makes such a loud sound

The things I did like most were the service at the reception desk, the comfortable bed, and breakfast service. The welcome and service we received at 11;15Pm from the front desk was quick and excellent. The cleanliness in our room was good, however the comfortable bed relieved my back pain, therefore I can not hesitate to say we had a very good sleep and enjoyable. When we went for breakfast, we enjoyed the breakfast as it had varieties to satisfy any body's choice, and the attendant lady was very welcoming, cheerful, and helpful indeed.

it was good location for us. It was one of the least expensive rooms for where we were looking.
The rooms and property were quite run down. It was kind of creepy dimly lit and not quite uncomfortable. When we woke up early that morning the police were in the halls and a couple cars out front, not sure why for but still just added to the vibe.

totally very good, perfect location, out door swimming pool not many people,
We were woked up 3 times in the midnight because of a kid keeping slapping the door and running in the aisle, we were very upset. There was no one from the hotel come to stop the kid.

Breakfast was great
Pillows were flat and only 1 flat pillow per guest. Air conditioner was very loud.

The pool was beautiful, and the staff was very polite and accommodating. We didn't have the breakfast but it smelt and looked lovely.
The bed was not comfortable, the bathroom looked in rough condition, the couch bed looked like it had 10+ years of wear. Though the bed was uncomfortable, and only had two barely can be called pillows, staff was polite and provided extra. I did scratch my leg on the exposed screw on the broken dresser. I forgot to mention that to staff and feel bad for not remembering to point it out to help prevent it hurting someone else.

the beds were a little hard but that is a personal preference and pillows are flat.

Very clean, nice people, beds are a 5 or a 6, could be better, maybe we are just spoiled at home.
We will return overall. Location, location, location, very clean.

The place is good, staff was very friendly, very clean, the included breakfast wasn't exceptional but a nice gesture (coffee/tee, yogurt, muffin, boiled egg and a banana), just enough to start the day.
Room was poorly soundproofed, we were located in a room right next to the stairs so we could hear kids running down/up the stairs and the room next door throwing a party and chatting.

The staff nice
Water for bath moldy.
Restaurant gave me rotten ginger which is highly toxic.
