A very comfortable stopover in a great place with extra activities.

The hotel was very well organised to suit many kinds of guests. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and breakfast excellent. We enjoyed the lake and free facilities. A great stopover.

The restaurant, the staff, the pools and spas, how clean it was.

The air conditioning was too noisy. As a light sleeper, I could not achieve deep sleep as every time it turned on or off, I would wake up.

Great location, beautiful view

Restaurant is pricy for what it is, room equipment was quite old, reception didn't list hotel facilities, recreation room is proper ancient and doesn't have much to offer, our room was a solid 5 min climb+walk from any other entrance

Disappointing

The bed, the sauna the spa and the pool.

The staff in the restaurant and no room service. The shower was broken. The gaming room was outdated too.

Confortable beds. That’s about it

We didn’t have the breakfast. But the dinner on the 31st was the work dinner service of our lives…. It ruined part of our evening. No service whatsoever!!! And it’s not the staff’s fault, it’s management and owner. They definitely didn’t schedular enough chefs and waiters. It was ridiculous… 3 hours to get our meal and asked for a bear about 10 x. Horrible!!!!

Exceptional

What a finish! Our last hotel after a 15-day journey throughout Québec’s nature and as the saying goes ”last but not least” we had the time of our lives!!!! The spa centre was just the feature of our stay with indoor and outdoor installations (sauna, pool, hot tubs…) with a superb view of the lake. We only regretted we couldn’t stay more days. I can only but recommend this place.

Nice hotel in a quiet environment (except after the early gardener's started). Bed was comfy, breakfast was nice.

Bed sheet cleanliness. The first room we got, the bed was not done correctly, the linen of the mattress was missing and was full of different kind of human hair... We switched to another room, which was better but still had to remove a few in both of the 2 queen size bed. We had a king sized bed originally and ended up in a queen size bed: at 11:30 at night, we took the deal, and stayed in the second room.

Great location.

Room is a bit old, the small fridge was noisy I had to unplug it during night, bathroom was way too small n old, but location is amazing, I would say the price would be fair with an offer of breakfast with it.

Amazing place to stay!

Staff very friendly, rooms were clean, no problem for getting clean pool towels, pools were clean, love the view on the lake, many activities included such as hot tubs, pools, mini golf, chess, ping pong, basket ball, shuffleboard, footballs and volleyballs at your disposal.

The activities and restaurant close a little early considering its summer. The wi-fi connection is poor. No microwave Indoor pool was a little cold

Superb Spa Destination near Quebec City

Absolutely everything. Stunning views, gorgeous landscaping at the outdoor pool and hot tubs, immaculate property, super comfortable bed, great price, clean quiet lake on property, charming fully bilingual staff. Chef prepared a stunning and delicious meal of Lac Brome duck. Varied wine list. Felix Antoine, my server at dinner, was an expert waiter and helped with ferry info. Breakfast offered gluten free bread, my favourite, cretons, superb strong coffee, and homemade strawberry jam served by a very efficient and friendly waitress who kept my coffee cup full. I will definitely return and urge everyone to check out this fabulous property.

There was nothing that didn't thrill me.
