Nice hotel, mostly clean, a lot of parking opportunities and good location, comfortable beds and spacious rooms
Our toilet was not working properly, breakfast were not buffet style, overall cleanness was sufficient, but it lacked deeper level of cleaning ( spider webs and dust on decorations)

Spacious, beautiful location
Front desk gave me a different room from what was listed on bookings stated bookings had wrong images.

Le petit déjeuner n est pas inclus dans la prestation et semble trop cher pour une famille de 5 pour un petit déjeuner seulement.

Staff, location and ease of checking in and out. Facility seemed to be very new. Location was very quite.
Breakfest was buffet only and pretty pricy if you did not want to eat a big buffet for breakfast. Also noticed a lot of water damage on the ceiling on the fouth floor.

Nothing at all
They don’t clean rooms, toilets or garbage bag on a daily basis. That what they have been telling us it’s Marriott policy. Operation manager extremely rude. Expensive hotel but the service is terrible
2.0 / 5.0
Extremely expensive and room was not serviced once during my 3 night stay. One small bottle of water provided in the room for whole stay and no where to get tap water when restaurant was shut ( which it is for most of the day. Breakfast - stale bagels and ran out of food at least an hour before breakfast ended. Completely inflexible staff.

service was friendly
Room smelled stale. Maybe mildew in the HVAC pan. No wine glasses in room. Hotel could use some freshening up. Front outside entrance was dark and uninviting. No bar.

The only thing good about this trip was our visit to the wineries. The hotel was one of the worst I have stayed in
Everything. Our room wasn't ready so they upgraded us to a suite...it smelt like musty diapers. We waited for our original n in bathroom, towel rod was pulled out of wall n shower curtain was covered in mold. We told front desk nothing was done

Good value, great location.
Nothing negative.

The suite layout was perfect. The location was also perfect. We could walk over to Canada Games Park.
You have to walk through people smoking and vaping to get from the parking lot to the main doors.

I love the gym
tape on the floor in several spots not sure why. the toilet seat was very loose and the toilet paper holder was loose. I finally gave up on placing the roll back on to the holder and put the role on the sink

clean and comfy
unprofessional , all staff visible on cell phones . manager has yet to reach out after my wife fell down on there property and possibly broke her arm , waiting on X-rays

the lobby, public areas and hallways were very clean and the staff at front desk were exceptionally helpful. All the staff were great
The sink in the room was clogged, toilet paper was flimsy, the shower was low pressure. The room has a musty smell, the TV was unresponsive, the fridge in the room could not be adjusted and was way too warm to store food or drinks in

comfortable beds
A bit too expensive for what it is.

The location was good. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. Wait staff and cleaners were friendly. Most front desk staff were rude.
Transparency is key!! I was constantly having random LARGE sums of money being blocked off of my credit card by the hotel even though I booked through here with a set price. I was not informed of such practices and when I complained they just said that´s how it´s done here. I said but I did not confirm to this and I was definitely not told this. I was told only of a 200 dollar deposit and not that they would be randomly taking money from my card throughout my whole stay. This ruined alot of the trip for me the constant stress of what money did they take today. The front desk was less then helpful. I would recommend that if you do decide to stay here that you ask to pay the room up front so they don´t play with your credit card. It was an extremely stressful experience which I have NEVER come across in all my travels around the world. The front desk tried to claim that is normal but this is the 1st time I have ever had such an experience.

I reserved an accessible room and got a room that was literally the furthest room from the elevators. The bathroom, supposedly accessible for disabled, filled up with half an inch of water all over the floor every time the shower was run. It was too dangerous for anyone, let alone someone with Muscular Dystrophy. The safety bar in the shower was loose, I took videos. It was terrifying.

Location and in a nice, quiet area.
The pool was too small so that it was crowded with too many guests.
