Superb

very spacious, clean and comfortable

I asked twice to have high chairs in my room before i arrived with my guests but when we got there the chairs weren't there so i had to go to the lobby and ask again. It was a little bit inconvenient since It's was my wedding weekend and I needed to run around to get it done

Beautiful Hotel and Excellent Stay

The cleaness of the hotel, including the lobby, the corridor and the rooms impressed me. Also love the decoration and color scheme of the hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and all the supplies are a big plus for long stays. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. I should especially thank Sandra and the manager who spent the time helping me book the hotel room when I decided to extend my stay. The manager was very patient and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get his name. He was at Pan Pacific Mountainside the day when he helped me.

Short and sweet stay, would love to stay again

studio room set up was very comfortable especially with the balcony. Very clean

The check in process was slow as only one member of staff while there was a queue of customers.

A very enjoyable comfortable stay

Our room was well appointed and beautifully finished We had a magnificent view of the mountains and the large King size bed was so very comfortable. We felt very much at home in our suite

A couple of minor things the AC control was not working though was rectified immediately by staff. The bedside lamps not working

So great, we extended our stay!

Great location - edge of whistler village - minutes walk from many local attractions, restaurants and pubs. Beautiful suite with a fireplace, a shower, tub and kitchenette with pots, pans, oven/range, cultery and dinnerware. No bottled water, but the water source is the surrounding mountain glaciers so, it's pretty clean and refreshing to drink. As a tea drinker, I appreciated the kettle - no need to filter out the coffee taste in the coffee pot - and the tea provided was great quality. I loved that they provided robes and slippers in the room as well. Overall a great visit - so much so we extended for an extra night!

When booking, a free breakfast was included for both guests. Due to off-season travel, that option was not available - instead we were presented with 3 alternate options, one of which was free parking. It was a decent trade-off, but just something to note for future visitors. The view from our room was not a good one. We had a balcony area, but the view was literally a brick wall.

Lift broke while I was in it so only 1 lift working for a while Minor inconvenience. Liked happy hour Nice to have breakfast delivered to the room

loved our stay in Whistler. the hotel was extremely clean and staff were wonderful.

Location was great. the room was very clean. loved breakfast in the room every morning

wish there was a fitness center. my teenager loves to workout.
