Boa relação custo-beneficio.

Boa opcão para que precisa ficar nesta região de Markram, pois oferece uma boa relação de custo beneficio. O hotel é tudo bem básico, deste os quartos, banheiros, conforto, limpeza e qualidade do wi-fi até as refeições servidas no restaurante e café da manha. Bom para uma estadia curta.

Como tudo é bem básico as expectativas devem ser de acordo. Desta vez utilizei a sala de ginastica, que basicamente tem 3 aparelhos e não tem janela. O elevador estava quebrado durante todo o dia, felizmente não tem andares alto, o que se torna um incomodo para alguem como mobilidade reduzida e pessoas mais idosas.

It was really nice and pleasant stay.

There was a restaurant that had a good variety and the prices were crazy reasonable and they offered room service! The front desk was so nice and accommodating, they upgraded our room without even asking. They also gave me a super late check out even though they don’t usually give them out.

It was poor experience!

It was an below average stay even for one night!

-front staff was when we checked in the vibe she passed off was not good -elevator broke an hour after we checked in and no one fixed it -lighting in the room was very low and seemed very dark even with all lights on -breakfast staff @ the restaurant (rude)…I paid for my voucher and didn’t appreciate their service -didn’t bother to take pictures since it was wasn’t a great experience

Great guy at the reception Rabi!

Even though Booking.com screwed us with booking a wrong number Rabi at the reception was amazing to give us a room to accommodate 4 ppl.

Good value for money, especially for a family visiting Markham

It was a good place to go for a family. It had the basics of what was needed for a stay there. We spent the majority of the day outside the inn, so we were effectively only sleeping there. I would recommend buying bottled water since you are expected to buy water from a vending machine. If you have certain dietary restrictions like gluten or lactose intolerance, the breakfast will not be ideal, but I made it work with some eggs and tea. In general, it was a good value for money!

i used debit card and the guy charged me $300 for deposit, but didnt tell me that i have to bring the card to reception when checked out to refund the $300, if i dont check the bill, then this $300 just gone, called abd told have to bring the card to do refund, how about the traveller already left this city or Canada, then hotel just cheated this $300, very first time have this problem. This is cheating, and no one saying anything about this. Never come back!

Not to expectations

Check in was easy.

The room wasn't as expected and dirty and restaurant was extremely high in price. Breakfast was very poor. Just muffins and toast.
