Lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Saskatoon.
Paying $18 a night for parking

Delightful. Toasted English muffin and absolutely wonderful Saskatoon berry jam. Had forgotten how great it was.
Girl at check in was a little cool. Had to ask for maps for area and wasn’t very friendly. Still give 5 as rest of staff were great.

Location is great - easy access to a beautiful walk along the river, and around downtown core.
Rooms are sizeable, and beds are comfortable. Shower is excellent!
8.0
Location and hot tub
Parts of the facility were under construction saw some loss of service there and front desk wasn’t very informative when checking in.
6.0
staff was very nice, very clean and good location

The staff here are pretty friendly and patient.

We got desert from the restaurant and it was quite good.
The pool area was very slippery. We saw a couple of younger girls slip when they were not running or even walking fast. Also not a fan of the cost to park at the hotel. $18 a night is pretty steep.

the room were comfortable, cozy and quiet. indoor parking kept my vehicle warm and made the stay enjoyable.
the front desk person was very rude and had no manners and made me want to almost get a refund cause I didn’t want to spend my money on a place where I did not feel welcome. I felt bad after just because how he treated me. I heard how nice the lady was next to him treating a guest then the guy was not treating me the same, but rather, like I was not a welcomed guest. I’ve stayed at the hotel many times and the staff has always went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. but this one worker was very rude and I’ve never dealt with him before and hope I never deal again with him again

The heat exchanger in room made loud noise every time it cut out. Several times through the night.

location and facilities
it may look a bit dated from the outside but all of a good standard. Couldn’t use the swimming pool because lift out of use
8.0
Wifi had a few issues with consistency.
8.0
pool, cleanliness, good food at restaurant
Because it was Fireworks weekend, the hotel staff should have been aware of where the fireworks( for the festival going on adjacent to hotel) were being set off. This would have saved them some room movement , we got moved to accommodate us for the fireworks and the building blocked the bridge that they were being set off from and we couldn’t see a thing.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. If you travel with a family, the pool area is good with a 3-storey waterslide and 2 pools and a hot tub. Cafe on site is great and the restaurant has incredible food. On-site parking is a plus with 3 levels of parking.
Bathrooms were a bit small, shower does not has a door so when you shower you end up getting the floor soaking wet.. Parking is $15/day.. seems a bit steep. The neighborhood isn't very safe, lots of homeless and drug addicts wandering outside the hotel, doesn't make for a nice stay when you have to worry about being potentially assaulted. No

The location was great,we had large room with river view.Surprised how quiet the room was as the rooms either side were occupied.Didn't even notice noise in hallway.Extremely clean hotel.
A bit of wait the one morning for coffee. To be fair it was busy, but someone took our order for coffee, then our server noticed we hadn't gotten our coffee, went to bring it.She had not taken order.Despite being busy, our food order came quickly, server was very attentive, plesant.

Bed was very comfortable

The parking charge added onto the bill without any prior notice
The fact that apparently it was up to booking.com for my cancelation, not the hotel but that was misleading
8.0
The comfy, hot tub, restaurant
The location can be ify at times
