Decent stay

Liked the cleanliness good bed good AC

Didn't like the toilet seat its way too small and its like sitting on floor its too low in hieght

Superb

The check in started a little bad but the desk clerk made it better quick. As I had requested an early check in and the property had not been aware. After a short discussion the clerk upgraded us to a bigger room at no cost so that they were able to accommodate an early check in.

Very poor

Nice king size bed, room was nice size.

We were given the wrong room, and had to go back to correct that. Our room was not cleaned after our first nights stay. We specifically booked there because of the hot tub and when we went in it was just barely warm there were no towels in the pool are and had to go and get some. The exterior grounds were dirty and not well kept. We were approached for money by a street person outside. Over all in my opinion not a good experience.

It was close to were we wanted to go. Breakfast was very good . Good selection every day.

For us it was close to our family we were visiting.

Pet friendly rooms. Well kept rooms and dining area. Free complimentary Breakfast was amazing. Will most definitely return. Rewards towards the next stay are great. 👍👍👍👍👍

I only was able to stay a short time, but I did enjoy it.

Breakfast was great. And I was impressed you had Dove Care products, very nice touch.

Hot tub and pool were under renovations. I was really hoping for some pool fun.

The fact that there was a sign regarding vehicle break ins at the front desk The uncomfortable bed The dirty bathtub The horrible view No room service Outdated for the price. Saskatoon inn was way cheaper than this place.

We will be back very soon once again

Myself and children have the holiday inn as our number one hotel to stay every 3 to 4 months the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable and nice and big enough for us and the pool never has me worried because it’s just the right size for my kids and that is excellent for a mother who worries a lot about her growing babies if you have a big family like I do then a family suite is just perfect and or the king suite with the spa bath is also great

The rooms could have been a bit more sound proof but it really didn’t bother us but I have children who stay awake late on weekends and they can get a little loud other than that I’d still rate holiday inn the best place to stay

Good location but some work needed.

Breakfast was great, large selection and very tasty. Location was great for our needs.

Carpeting in room was lifting in spots and torn areas. Pool and hot tub could use some extra cleaning

nothing. even the parking lot is horrible

the hotel was a falling apart. my room was terrible. there was pieces of carpet cut out and other pieces stapled in. my bath tub was gross

The hotel is overpriced.

The room was not clean remnants of food was under the heat register and under the furniture. The automatic door closing feature is installed poorly and interferes with the door when one opens it.
