The hotel rooms are great, super clean and very well equiped, great service and the lake view is beutiful.
The restaurant menu doesn't have many options.

Great location with an excellent view of the water. The place was clean and well appointed. I could see it being very busy and noisier in the summer months. But it was quiet in the Spring.
The couch was very uncomfortable and not enjoyable to sit on. Although we didn't spend much time in the room, when we did there wasn't a nice comfortable place to sit and relax inside so we spent much of the time on the deck.

All was amazing, super clean, comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, the staff is absolutely friendly!

Large rooms with everything you need. A home away from home. We were able to cook our own dinner for the first time in a week and wash our clothes. Great view from the balcony.
Only the fact that we couldn’t stay longer. It was a stop off point between Banff and Vancouver.

Location and lake view was beautiful. Heating worked well. Service was good.
There was no breakfast, room was dated, chair seat was at table worn out underneath which was uncomfortable. Room was freezing upon entry. Area from elevator to room was articctemperatures-freezing and wood trims were significantly run down damaged and chipped. There were only liberal tv news stations. 10am checkout too early and 5pm checkin too late. No umbrella with table on deck. No pool bar.

it is very family friendly
not clean- dirty washroom and food from the previous stay was still there

The outdoor amenities and location on the lake is so beautiful
The rooms need renovating. The fire alarm went off three times one night we were there. It was awful and we had to get our three small children calmed down and back to sleep three times. There was no follow up or compensation of any form from management. At $1000 a night that was poor service

the view and surrounding area was
beautiful.
Our room was clean &
spacious.
Front desk staff were very friendly and
helpful & called our room to make
sure we were satisfied.
The Manager helped carry our luggage
down the stairs when power went out.
The Spa team was amazing!
We loved the fact that there was a
kurig coffee maker in our room.
We did not enjoy walking through the
main lobby to get to the pool.
only 2 elevators & 1 wasn’t working
they were very slow.
we had a power outage and the
stairwells were not labeled well at all
thank god it wasn’t a fire
the restaurant wasn’t open for
breakfast & the pastries they offered
were over priced and stale.
we didn’t realize it was partially owned
units and our neighbour’s who owned
were a little noisy the last evening we
stayed. check in (5pm) and check
out (10am) times we’re not very
accommodating, however they did
their best to get us in our room a little
earlier.

space, accommodation layout
noise transfer through the wall; could hear early morning music from the restaurant; restaurant patio sounded like people were in our suite; could hear noise from suite above. Suggestions: more places to hang towels in bathroom; more dishes so not having to run dishwasher daily or twice daily; dish rack and drain tray for hand washing dishes; oven mitts in suite Vs available from front desk; coasters and placements to protect table and side tables; blanket; adequate coffee supplies for length of stay vs having to refresh.

Great location, restaurant was good and staff across the hotel were friendly
Rooms are dated
6.0 / 10.0
Staff was lovely, location is great, rooms were underwhelming, FREEZING cold and the walls are paper thin so you hear everything.

liked the room and the nice balcony
was not happy to arrive and find the restaurant was not open on a Tuesday nite or open for breakfast the next morning we did not anticipate this so brought no food and had to get back in the car to drive somewhere to eat!

it is ok but not special I think
i paid nearly $200 per night for a small room in the off season. was expecting more of the hotel for this price to be honest

Perfect location. Close to trails, the beach. Great restaurant.
I wish the beach on the property was dog friendly.

Comfort, location and cheerful staff in a tought time with the Pandemic.
Having restrictions due to COVID which is totally out of your control.
7.0 / 10.0
No balcony in our suite which was a little disappointing.
5.0 / 10.0
Our room was way to hot, we could not get any cool air from the air conditioning, or with the windows open
The front desk was only able to supply a fan, it was only a slight relief

Friendly accomodating staff. Room was very comfy and well fitted for our stay. When you arrive you can see you are staying at a quality resort hotel by the overall care of the exterior and grounds. My pet was treated as well as we were and I appreciate that because he is my family. You have EV chargers which were a huge plus since I have converted to a fully electric vehicle. Very nice location as it was very serene while still being central enough to Peachland and Kelowna of which I had to visit both during my stay.

Setting
Landscaping equipment was noisy in the morning. Consider electric motors.
Restaurant quality was average and service not well organized.
