Room was very nasty sheets had pee stains . Socket was snatched out was on the floor heater fell off . Hole in the ceiling. Floor was trashed curtains was very very dirty curtain rode was hanging . Smoke detector was snatched off and gone . Sheets also hair lots of hair on them and other nasty stains . Lamps didn’t work. Room smelled very horrible. Bathroom light didn’t work at all. Floors was trashy . Chair in the room was broke. Nice stand was broke we didn’t stay there we left.

It says no smoking but the walls were stained with cigarette smoke I was on the first floor had to push chair and table to door to go to sleep when I got to my destination all my clothes smell like cigarette smoke in my suitcase I was so embarrassed I liked nothing 😑

Nothing, I was honestly happier that we drove the 6 hours back home instead of staying at such a terrible places. The whole place smell like smoke and weed in the lucky areas like our room. The employees seemed like they hated their lives and so proceeded to try to make us unhappy by arguing about the refund we wanted because my sister has respiratory problems and we know we wouldn't like it either way because of the smell and other things I'm a mention.

Let's start with the look and location 📍 the look of the lobby, rooms, and building the pictures they have on any online platform, and such a cover-up on how it really looks because it is really old it's like deteriorating in every aspect I feel like if you try to make anything work it would break even just by looking at it. The technology there is bbroken the keys they give you for your room don't work and they give you a new one so you could enter a death trap instead of being honest and giving us a refund because nobody deserves to stay there free or not they should shut that place down and rebuild it and give it to a new owner a better one. Ok the location was such a great spot but it felt and looked like this place took advantage of their guests that came from far we were in our car and the owner of the place came walking up to our car so close to it and looked down at our license plates and smiled and walked away like that's honestly creepy but how could we just leave and go if these people had two faces they were trying to be “nice” but they eventually showed their true intentions. We had a Kia 2015 and we didn't feel safe leaving our vehicle unattended because there were always some random people that weren't even guests. They were criminals waiting for us to get in our room so they could steal the devices from the vehicle, the place was a setup most of all we didn't want to end up like all those other Kias you guys seen getting broken into. There was also a sheriff's warrant on a door we walked by like a crime was committed there so that place is letting you sleep at a crime scene “just great” anyway this place just sucks.

There is NO shuttle to the airport!!!! Very dirty, old, noisy, bad odor, not comfortable

Staff was very unfriendly and rude,then even kicked us out of the building because we didn’t agree to pay $40 extra to go into the room 3 hours early all we wanted to do was wait in the lobby , no breakfast the had cereal only and no milk or coffee. Beds were too hard

I liked the property because it was close to the hotel. I liked the room. I liked the free parking.

The location to the airport! Had a long transit and needed a place to sleep and refresh. The closeness to the airport is the best thing about this experience. The room was clean too, even though a bit threadbare. It was a very cold Chicago night in December and the heater worked perfectly. When i saw the state of the carpet i was concerned for a bit. The price also came close.

Facilities. Carpets are worn out, curtain in the room needs a change, the curtain rod in the bathroom was off. Television did not work. Took the staff sometime to get my booking.

We liked nothing from this hotel.

The customer service (Dave) was horrible. He was so rude, impolite and disrespectful, all the time. As an example, there were burned bulbs in the bathroom and the bedroom, and when I asked him if he could replace them, he gave me the bulbs and said "here, change them yourself". Then, the shower was leaking and the water from the bathroom had reached the carpet of the bedroom, so we asked for another room on ground level as we are seniors and the place has NO ELEVATORS, and since Dave responded so rudely that he had no more rooms, we decided to leave. At this point Dave said, "fine, but you need to call Booking.com, as I will not cancel on my side". It goes on, but you get the idea ..... AVOID THIS PLACE.

I checked in around 11 PM-12 AM. The gentleman at the front desk was super super nice and helpful. He was patient to answer all of our questions and even helped me book a taxi to catch my flight at 5 AM!

I chose the place because it advertised that breakfast would be included with the $85 room rate. "Breakfast" was dry cereal that had been sitting in a plastic bin, for an unknown amount of time. Two choices-raisin bran or generic cheerios. The cost of the room was not worth the value given. I felt cheated out of my money by deceptive advertising. Next time-Hampton Inn & Suites, for me.
