King beds were spacious and decent to sleep on. The TV was a good size and allowed other devices to be used to watch movies and videos we took. The outdoor hot tub was the killer attraction for the weekend, and having a "Starbucks" in the building was great.
The plug receptacles did not hold the power adapters in for our various devices, it's a few dollars to replace them with better plugs. One of our friends had to use her inhaler while in the room. She never used it in other hotels so there was something in the air of the room/carpet/pillows. Perhaps a steam clean is in order. The pillows were soft and no replacements were available. Get MORE PILLOWS! Pool change rooms seemed to be cleaned infrequently.

Quiet, warm and clean pool and hot tub facility! Overall quiet and friendly environment.
extra bed reduced floor space for relaxed sitting.

No aircon. We have to open the windows and hear the outside noise to let the cool air in.
Location of ice machines is not convenient

The location was perfect for us, and even though the temperature in our room was hot because of the weather the staff was able to help us proving fans which was a plus.
The room was extremely hot during the night but they gave us fans.

A bit dated in rooms. Hide a bed not clean. Great little coffee shop. Nice to have a stove and fridge👍🏻

property have 2 king beds available, close to everything, for price that’s reasonable. there’s a hot tub inside and outside and there’s a pool.
there was no microwave in the room. The bed was uncomfortable it moved allot, reminds of of sleeping in a boat. You can feel any slight movement. the restaurant is not open, the Starbucks is only open in the in the morning.

easy to get to
room wasnt cleaned daily, with kids no clean towels, big group came in and at 6 am they were super loud in the hallway

Convenient location. The 2 rooms with kitchen was nice. Outdoor hot tub is great.
Nowhere close to worth $300/night. Rooms we clean-ish on first inspection but near the end of our stay we knocked the cover off the heater and it was full of dog hair (which I am allergic to) No room cleaning for 3 nights (covid?) with a kitchen left the room feeling dirty and smelly. Not nearly enough shampoo, towels, toilet paper etc. Pool and pool area was dirty. Was quite loud, didn't bother us but some people may not like it.

Was given upgraded King size beds for both rooms with a shared door between the 2 rooms to easily visit our friends.
The pillow selection was little uncomfortable.

It's a spacey unit separating bedroom from the kitchen/living area.
Smell old outside of the room. Staff was a bit cold, non-accommodating to my request of early departure.

kitchenette, big room, refinished bathroom and reasonable price
very few amenities-no restaurants or cafes

Convenient location.
Room was old and very dated, no air-conditioning. Assigned ground floor room, very dim despite having all lights turned on.

The room was comfortable enough. Smaller than I expected but not terrible. Really clean bathroom which was nice
The fact that at no point until we arrived were we informed that the cafe was closed. Even their own website made no mention of that.
Also, no ramp for a stroller into the lobby... they offered to have someone bring the stroller down five stairs by our room but that would be super inconvenient for coming and going. Being an only parent with three kids, it was a bit of a struggle and frustrating. One of the reasons I chose that hotel over another one was the cafe.
