Emplacement parfait !

Emplacement parfait dans le village. Piscine,spa et sauna . La chambre avec cuisinette. Le parking sous-terrain. Endroit pour ranger les vélos. Table de billard. Le prix est raisonnable pour l'emplacement .

Le personnels ne nous a pas parler en 4 jours . Chaque fois que je passais devant la réception, c'est moi qui disait bonne journée. Le matelas du divan lit était pas super confortable, oreillers trop grosse et dur. Manque de couverture pour ajouter au divan lit. Mais sommes toute correct.

Belle chambre et emplacement parfait!

L’emplacement de la piscine! Difficile d’accès pour les gens qui ont des difficultés à marcher (les marches de roches ne sont pas de la même hauteur + glissant quand mouillées) ainsi que pour les enfants (besoin de surveillance ++ pour les touts petits). Mais l’emplacement, entouré d’arbres apporte une tranquillité et une intimité vraiment agréable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. Le décor aussi, très chaleureux.

Le séchoir de la chambre n’est pas adéquat. Le fil est beaucoup trop court, difficile de se sécher les cheveux. Lors de notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas de papier de toilette dans la salle de bain, c’est un peu malcommode. Je ne sais pas si cela était inscrit à quelque part, mais j’aurais aimé être au courant que la femme de ménage ne passe pas durant notre séjour.

no breakfast at the hotel. And the only one market close at 6pm then if you don't planed to buy chips, brevages or anything for breakfast then you have 15 minutes in car to buy it to the next market open..

We went to celebrate or 25th anniversay with our kids and enjoy our time there.

I appreciated the size of the room we had as well as the comfort of the beds and the renovated bathroom.

I didn’t like that the path from the property to the pedestrian village was often flooded by water and muddy. Our suite has nearly everything we needed. Except for a frying pan. I was a little disappointed that we mentioned we were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary but that it wasn’t recognized or that they didn’t do anything special.

nice trip but there r thieves in th staff so beware!!!..

beautiful place.

I forgot to take my MK jacket from the bedroom closet in the morning n left but after 5hrs It called them to keep it n I’ll take it tomorrow but they said there’s no any jacket in the closet… I kept calling n asked them n requested them to give me manager’s number but they refused…means someone stole it right after we left… so beware of hidden thieves in the loving n polite staff…. if u would leave anything it will be taken by first come n first get it basis instead of putting them in lost n found.

I’d like to thank the property & especially the staff for making our stay memorable 😊

The property is exceptional for the price & location. We stayed for two nights with our four kids & had a great experience. the amenities are good, the rooms are spacious & well maintained with fully equipped kitchen. It was beyond our expectations. wish we could stay longer.

Great Mother’s Day weekend at our favourite spot in Tremblant

I like how easy the hotel is to get to and check in. Parking is easy and convenient. Rooms are very comfortable and big. Staff is very friendly. I really like all the upgrades to the rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times in the last 2 years and the pool has never been open.

Terrible old sofa beds. We had two connected rooms with sofa beds. Need to be changed asap. I would never let my kid's sleep on them ever again. You need new mattresses. Besides that the room was clean , new bathrooms and perfect location.

fantastic location, excellent quality, perfect for families

perfect stay for our family ski trip. we had a ski in and ski our room - kids loved the games room. quiet and very clean.

Convenient but dated

Location is great! ski in ski out, right in village with restaurants and shops.

Hotel is dated, walls and floors are thin. Felt like neighbors are right there in your room with you. A kids upstairs kept thumping back and forth constantly for our entire stay.

Good location - Room need to be improve

Good location

It’s not acceptable to wait 10 minutes every time you want to take the elevator. Only one elevator working. You need to fix the other one asap. Too few cutlery and utensils in the kitchen (only 3 forks…). When you stay 5 days you expect more. The beds are really uncomfortable. We feel the springs. Housekeeping was not done during our stay. Only towels have been changed. When you pay an expensive price you are not expecting this poor amenities in the room.
