It was a good place but the skin infection kind of ruined it for us

My daughter got hot tub rash from the bacteria buildup in the hot tubs and was hospitalized

Overall great stay

View from our windows. Liked that there was a hot tub right across from our room— too bad I was sunburn Liked that the ice machine was right next to our room.

AC didn’t work at first - but Riley got it working fast. Room and bathroom were a little cramped.

Proximity to other towns

The room was too small, no dresser/place to unpack, small closet, hotel bar was never open during our stay, not enough parking, hot tubs are extremely small and always full.

hot tubes in the deck with great view of the mountains.

Room was very small, cracked and peeling pant in the bathroom, breakfast was poor - hot food was cold, fruit was old and sour. but the view of the mountains was great.

Enjoyed the stay, except for the inconveniences.

Room and furniture was fine. Decent breakfast.

Hot tub not hot, weak jets, pealing ceiling paint in bathroom. No ventilation in bathroom. Lack of parking spaces, inconvenient. Valet parking is just have to juggle cars and wait to get your car if stuck in middle. Slow elevator for so many guests.

weekend getaway for 3, easy and relatively affordable compared to other places in the area

the rooms and location are both excellent.

unfortunately the things I don’t like about this property are things that can’t really be fixed. 1) a building this size needs more than two small elevators. 2) a property this size needs far more parking on site.

This would be a great place to stay during skiing/snowboard season.

This hotel is very nice - clean, nice design, friendly staff, etc.

Wasn't a huge fan of the breakfast - thought it would be a bit better. Keystone is a bit far from a lot of restaurants.

It served the purpose to meet up with friends.

The staff were great. Helpful & friendly

I was led via web to expect a functioning dinner restaurant. There was only fast food at the bar. VERY disappointing. The breakfast buffet was equally disappointing. Hard boiled eggs, no bacon. Really poor.

Beautiful place in a beautiful location! Great time!

Location and view were beautiful! Loved eating breakfast outside on the lovely terrace looking out at the mountains! Our "mountain view" room had the same gorgeous view! All staff members I dealt with - front desk, housekeeping I met in the hallway- were very friendly and helpful! We had 2 dogs with us, and the hotel was very convenient to walking trails out the back door with poop bags and trash container right there. Thank you!

I came back to the hotel room anticipating having a ceasar salad for late dinner, which I had seen earlier on the menu for The Placery. They informed me they didn't have any, they get salads delivered and the daily delivery hadn't come in. I get it, these things happen, esp in the time of COVID. Just disappointing. My daughter ordered buffalo wings--they were OK, but no ranch, bleu cheese or any kind of dipping sauce. Very limited.
