Location to the waterfront was great. We walked from the Amtrak station with our luggage. It was 3 long blocks but not bad. They even held our luggage after check out so we could go to the museum and dinner before our evening train.

Gorgeous property with excellent customer service.
The restaurant’s service wasn’t the best and the price of parking was high.

Location
Front desk ,clerk (Christian ) i believe his name was, absolutely needs training or maybe he is not a service industry person .. We all know he doesn’t owe the property . he wasn’t match to the property ..

Room view was ok the original room 211 was too small, the gentleman at the counter was gracious enough to let us change rooms. 209 was a much better room.

I liked the staff, they were all great.
However it is 100% not worth the price. I stayed one night for $282... my gosh. With this price I was expecting something more on the bougie side. Nope, not bougie just the smallest room and tiniest bathroom. Everything cheaply made. Went on an evening walk, saw a guy standing in the corner peeing onto the hotel building 🙃ofc that's not hotel fault but that's the location you're in, great view, not great people.
Honestly blown away at how steep the price was for such a basic hotel. Parking was 30$ self parking and $40 for valet. Although when we came they didn't even allow us to self park. The valet HAD to park... okay.
STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE... if you get a decent price like 150$ and it's off season, then sure it's good. But more than 200 is such a rip off. Should have went the BnB route. Oh yeah that reminds me, bfast not included.
An airbnb I was looking at for the same night was so nice and 160$ but I thought that Waterfront looked like a good experience.. I was wrong.

Pool!
The room seemed a little dated, definitely the smell of “old”.

It was walking distance to the ferry which was perfect for us. Also Scott’s seafood restaurant was a quick walk and the food and service were fantastic.

Great location for ferry to San Francisco, although we were expecting Jack London Square to be more lively / have more family friendly restaurants etc (only really one). Comfortable good sized rooms.
pretty expensive for standard of accommodation, and parking expensive too. Although rooms were absolutely fine the corridors etc were a bit tatty/ in need of a refurb

Location excellent; food very good; CARLOS WAS AMAZING AND MADE EATING THERE DELIGHTFUL.
The bathtub did not drain properly. The iron spilled water consistently out the bottom.

The staff was very responsive. We’ve stayed here many times over the years, and have always been pleased. We’ve informed many friends that this is an excellent place to stay when going to see a show at Yoshi’s. This was the first time we’ve encountered an incident, but that was not the properties fault, and they addressed the problem quickly.
The couple in the next room started arguing some time after midnight and continued for a while. I contacted front desk and they responded quickly to address the problem. It was the properties problem, but couldn’t get back to sleep after the disturbance.

Location was great.
4th floor maid, Monica, is terrific
Early checking was easy
"Cafe" was good
When the front desk ran our card they actually tried to run it 6 times which triggered a decline...duh. my credit card company asked me to verify the first one and then reactivated it.
Restaurant was not open much. Breakfast was good but probably because of staffing it was slow.

Clean room with a nice view from the balcony of the waterfront. The bed was comfortable. Close to everything at Jack London Square. The staff was very friendly.
The train that comes by every hour blows its horn starting at 6 am on weekdays, and 7:45 am on weekends.
