After a flight from Australia then a long drive from the airport it was lovely being so warmly welcomed

Extremely comfortable beds. Best we’ve had all holiday Nice having tea and coffee available in the foyer

Customer service and "pet-friendliness" - I tried reaching out through this website regarding the rooms being pet-friendly since it seems like while they tagged the hotel as being pet-friendly, it's only in specific rooms, and they don't make it clear at all upon booking whether or not the rooms that I booked were pet-friendly. We booked a Business King Room and a Business Queen Room. So I wanted to double check but they never responded. I finally got ahold through phone and sure enough, the 2 rooms that I had were not pet-friendly and they no longer have any pet-friendly rooms available so there's no way we can proceed. However, because of their cancellation policy, they're charging me for the rooms even though we didn't get to stay. Had they responded to my inquiry, I would have known sooner and I could have cancelled early enough. I requested for an exception for the cancellation fee but have not heard back and I see that I was charged regardless and that's a little over $500!!!! Very unreasonable!!!!

the location for us as our family freinds were near by would definitely not rate this hotel as 4* at best 3 star

constantley out of water tried explaining to manager as he needs to order more water taking into consideration hot weather simple common sense but could not understand and embarrassed by house keeper staff shout in reception if we had left tip (allthough we had) breakfast was not what you would expect in a four star hotel

Close to highway and mall.

No real pet area and was was there people did not pick up after their pet. The door to the suite lets in way to much light from the hallway into the bedroom at night. Difficult to sleep. Toilet runs and needs fixing.

Great room & breakfast, having use of only half the pool to accommodate swimming lessons not great.

The room was bright, clean and very comfy. This was one of the quietest rooms I have ever had, and we had a great sleep. It was also fairly large. Breakfast was very good.

I probably would have given a five star review EXCEPT there were swimming lessons going on all afternoon and evening and instructor asked if we could use only half the pool to leave the other half free for lessons. We booked here because of the pool (had our grandson with us) and were very disappointed to be limited to half the pool. The hot tub jets didn't work, but this was not as bad as having to stay on one side of the pool.

We had a pleasant stay with our dog, will come back if we visit Langley again!

The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The price was good. The most important is it is dog friendly. We had a nice stay with our dog. Thank you.

Some parts of the room are a bit outdated, like the washroom, armchairs, carpets. But there are newly renovated parts too, like the oven and the counters. And they are kept clean, so it's still decent.

Jordan at the front desk was amazing! So pleasant and friendly.

I felt that the pictures online were a misrepresentation of what the rooms actually looked like. Also, they were running swimming lessons in the hotel pool, so every time we went to use it, my kids could only use half of the pool - that’s a little strange.

OK, but would not stay again because there are better options nearby

The warm pool and hot tub were nice (though the hot tub didn't have jets)---it was nice for the kids to swim in the pool and enjoy that. The parking was free and there was a decent breakfast at the restaurant next door.

The room was dirty, dusty and had a smell to it and unfortunately the Wifi was useless. If you have so many rooms in a hotel, you should be able to have internet for all those rooms, especially if I purchased a "Business" room to have better internet for work purposes. So that was a HUGE disappointment.

Overall the hotel was what you would expect for the price. The staff was excellent!

The staff was very helpful and there was never a lack of fee parking

Booking.come advertised a stovetop. That is not something offered by the hotel. The breakfast could definitely use some improvement. The eggs were soggy and everything was stale.
