the opening description of this property on Booking.com states that it offers free transport to and from SFO airport. This is no longer the case and should be changed.

Charming hotel with fantastic staff in a very convenient location.

The hotel itself was beautiful and full of charm at a great price, and in a very convenient location for any sort of transportation. The staff was also kind, considerate, and helpful!

Like many businesses booting back up after the pandemic, Villa Montes is slowly rebuilding some of the amenities it used to have in the past, but the staff was very understanding and went extra lengths to make sure guests were connected with whatever it is that they needed.

Pleasant

Pleasant hotel. Close to the airport.

Due to covid restrictions the spa was closed. Breakfast was carry and go and at 6:30 it wasn't available. When I went out in the morning to bring the3 car closer to the lobby I was locked out. I had no phone with me so had to wait until a guest appeared. Covid restrictions were not mentioned when we booked the hotel.

An airport hotel that doesn't have an airport shuttle.

NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE!! I called ahead a week before my stay to confirm that their airport shuttle was still running and also specifically indicated in my reservation that I would need this. However when I called for my pickup at the airport, I was informed the shuttle was no longer running. I spent $50 on Uber/Lyft to go back and forth from the hotel. I would have greatly appreciated if the hotel could have informed me that they were discontinuing this service.

I wish we had a better experience

I selected this hotel based of the ratings. Staff was nice but we were given the wrong room so we were moved. The room we given had several issues. TV didn't not work and was offered another room but after being moved once we didn't want to move again especially since we haf an early flight. One of the doors that was connected to the another room would not lock but was told not to worry. Last thing was the heater didn't not work. The air was cold. We were not able to turn it off so we didn't sleep well. I will say it was clean and only 10 minutes away from the airport which was great but I will not be back.

the hotel staff confronted usqbout mascara on a towel! the door lock doesn't work and the room wasn't clean. there was dried blood on the bed sheets!

terrible experience! do not stay here!

Terrible service from the front desk

The room was nice !

I arrived 40 minutes prior to 3 pm check in. I had requested a 2pm check in. I was told the room was not available and kicked off the property. I was told that I could not stay and wait on the property until the 3 pm check in. Very Rude

. Quiet. Comfortable bed

Dark. No lights over coffee area. Dark hallways. No regular shuttle. Hotel had taxi which had to be prebooked. Taxi had bullet holes in it.

My stay here was peaceful and restful.. Hope to return here soon in the upcoming year.

All staff were courteous and helpful with directions for places I needed to get to. The shuttle service to and from the airport and train station was a plus

I gave no complaints about my visit

I will highly recommend this hotel to others!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and very nicely appointed. The excercise equipment in the fitness room, although limited was in excellent working condition. The shuttle to the airport was easy to arrange. The coffee was replenished daily, a feature that often is not true in many hotels.

I would have enjoyed better restaurant choices in the area around the hotel.

The decor of the entire hotel was very cool.

We were disappointed that the cafe was not open. This would have made things a little more convenient. And we were sad that the pool wasn't open.
