Nice stay, clean nice hotol , but jewel was taken from room

The breakfast was awesome!! As was the person running it.The hotel was very clean and well kept. The beds OMG super comfy !! The young man on the 3-12 shift was the BEST!!!

What a shame , when we got home my sisters jeweler bag was gone :( Mostly costume and sterling silver. But 2 pair of large earings and several small and a few necklaces. About 250 $ worth. We need to come back several times but are afraid to come there

Hotel was very clean with comfortable beds and breakfast on 2 out of our 3 days was good variety on the 3rd hot food was mainly eggs.

On arrival we were an hour early asked member of staff who was quite rude in manner if we could book in and sit by the pool, we were told we couldn't book in till 3pm as they were really short staffed and no rooms were ready. They'd had a storm day before and water was coming through the roof into the seating area, the next morning we asked for pool towels to be told because they had been busy and staff shortage they didn't have any and were given hand towels. The pool area and pool was covered in debris and lots of leaves and flies on the top of the water but on the bottom of the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a few days, we cleaned leaves on the top so we could get in the water. The hotel was situated at a very busy junction which was very noisy when by the pool

nice rooms, good breakfast, clean, comfortable, very close to outlets for shopping

far from beach side of town where many things are located pool area had tons of flying ants (which we realize was out of the control of the hotel and up to nature; these things do happen) and it took us almost 30 min to skim the pool only to have them keep coming; was disappointing but we understand

Don't get an adjoining room!

The facilities were clean and breakfast was decent

I could clearly hear the adjoining room. Especially disappointing was the fact that their alarm went off at 4:15am and they started playing music. I had no trouble hearing them. When I decided to get into the shower at 6am there was no hot water! I tried both the sink and shower and neither had hot water. I was quite disappointed. The staff tried to tell me that it was user error, but when I told them I tried the sink and it didn't have hot water either they weren't do dismissive.

We traveled for work and left our room for work. Because we did not left our bags we came back at 10:15 our room was already clean we was trying to shower before we leave after doing delivery in the sticky hot Florida weather. We thought checking was until 11:00am plus we was telling the front desk guy we didn't checking in until midnight because we were in traffic for 2hrs in Georgia he still was not trying hear us. All we wanted to do is the take quick shower and hit the road back home. We travel a lot as always stays at Hilton express.

Let us shower and let us enjoy our the money that we pay to stays.
