An excellent stay. Spacious rooms, very clean, and located in a nice neighborhood with shops and amenities all around.
No breakfast included. Liked pretty much everything else.

I tend to stay at this property occasionally while travelling rhrough the area. I like the location (right off of the south-shore-Montreal area by-pass Hwy 30...use Boul. de Rome exit). It forms part of a "big-box" shopping-mall, and thus provides underground parking with direct access by elevator to the hotel-reception. While the parking-spaces are tight, a good driver can handle them even with a Pick-Up truck!
The property has a licensed juice-bar (open Thu-Sun), free tea/coffee all day and a choice of fresh sandwiches for purchase near the reception.
All rooms have a Nespresso coffee machine...are airy with large windows (some of them with great views of the Montreal skyline)..
Remember to stick your room-access key-card into the slot on the wall-holder just inside the room (where the lightswitche is usually located)...this will turn-on all lights in the room. The beds are comfortable as well....but mind the "What didn't you like" below....
...I've complained about this issue before: Both bed-frame corners at the foot-ends overhang the white mattress-cover; are painted black, and don't form a discernible contrast with the dark-coloured carpet....resulting in a frequent toe-snubbing !!!
Mind you, remembering this annoyance from previous stays, I brought along two 1 L empty soft-drink bottles to avert this problem. The m.o. is to stick the neck of the bottle beneath the mattress-corner, with the main-body of the bottle overhanging the bed-frame corner. This way your eyes/brain colaboration will tell you to to give that area a wide-berth with your feet when moving around the room....LOL. (you'll appreciate this suggestion, once you've decided to stay at this - otherwise - great place).

It was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Lighting was either too bright or not bright enough. Some dried blood stains on the comforter and bathroom furniture will need some upgrading. Melamine missing on the edges. But not a deal breaker

Everything! By far, my most favourite Alt Hotel! Good price point, location is great, spacious rooms, comfy beds, and amazing staff.

Location. Quality of breakfast items. Parking.
Lack of closed, lockable bathroom doors. The saloon style door was uncomfortable especially with two young kids. The bed frame attached lamp kept hitting our heads when we went to sit/lay. Lack of non-alcoholic, sugar free beverages for kids. The root beer had 40g of sugar...

Modern, clean and attractive facilities. Friendly and helpful desk staff. Easy check in / out.
I was shocked and diappointed to wake up to the sound of cleaning staff yelling to each other up and down the halls and from room to room, staring at 7 am on a Saturday morning, making it impossible to sleep. No, I was not hung over. But I was very tired from long travels culminating in a late check-in. And frankly, that was the only reason I was there, to get a good night sleep. Just because they are up and working doesn't mean they should expect the guests to be, too. After all, it was a Saturday morning, so vacationers might be expected to sleep in. So might travelers who are jet lagged or who had late flights. What is the point of putting a "do not disturb" sign on the door, if the staff is permitted to yell to each other in the halls and between rooms? The one thing I expected - and that I expect from all hotels - is a good night's sleep.

This place was very different compared to other hotels. Their room design and style was unique and made the most use of the space. Rooms were small but it didn’t feel small due to the room’s setup. Location was amazing with access to alot of places for shopping and dining. Definitely recommended.

Really fashion design room layout and decoration. Really comfy bed and design furniture. Really cool bathroom. Nice city view. Well located in the middle of quartier Dix30. French breakfast restaurant next door was also very good. Friendly staff.
We can definitely recommend.

Conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants and wedding venue. Easy to get to.
The room was small for two people. The wall plugs need to be updated to include USB ports. You need the wall plugs of all your devices not just the cables to charge them.

Easy access right off the highway, underground parking was great. The view of the city from the upper floors was fantastic
2/3 elevators were out of service, which wasn't a huge deal but made getting around slower
