It was okay other than the stuff mentioned above.

Rooms are nicer

Too much constructions. Parking lot is engineered horribly. Hard to find parking spots. Constructions stuff should be placed in the back of the building to make the curb appeal more enjoyable driving in. Leak on the faucet to the counter top and made everything wet and cannot place anything on top.

It was pleasant. Staff please keep in the same way, you guys rock.

The breakfast is "grab and go", they have a little seating area where you can eat. They offer coffee, tea, juice, milk, some fruit, muffins, cereal, cereal bar, also they have a microwave in there for you to use anytime. They water pressure in their showers is high, "we loved it" 😍

Unfortunately the main coffee machine broke.

A friendly and well located facility, but overpriced.

Close to Downtown area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Help was always available without waiting.

The rooms are in need of updating. The bathrooms have a lot of black mold in the shower, the ceiling and floor tiles. The bathroom is dark. The hallway lights shines through openings at the top of the room doors. There were hardly any channels available on the TV and it was very hard to figure out how to use the remote and cable box.

Breakfast was good. Coffee always hot and 24/7was fantastic. Good selection of food

Would of been better if the ants 🐜 had left my food alone. Also can't figure out how they got in the fridge. Nextte send uncles. Lmao

Clean, comfortable room. Very quiet and close to shopping. Would stay there again.

Room was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast bar had a good selection of items.

We couldn't get the TV to work, housekeeping forgot to leave toiletry items and the sink was plugged. These were all minor items that were resolved by reception.

Terrible. The smell of marijuana from nearby rooms was so bad it kept us awake.

The door to the hotel was unlocked so anyone could enter (no room key needed). There was an alley right beside the hotel filled with junk and people partying. Smell of pot was so strong it kept us awake. We decided to cut our trip short because the accommodations were crap but we still had to pay full price for the second night. We won’t be back to this location.

Good location to spend the night in Muskoka

I liked the room size and the size of the bed, the bathroom set up was a bit weird, but okay. The personal at reception was nice and welcoming

The breakfast area was messy and didn't really see the staff to come there and help clean up or to make sure nothing is running out when it was peak hour.

Our stay at Sleep Inn is wonderful!

The staff are friendly, accomodating and helpful in providing us information on places where we can possibly go as we are new to Muskoka. Also, the location of the inn is very convenient as it is in the central part of Bracebridge.

Great location & lovely staff, but the hotel itself was a bit dated. Meets your basic needs.

Staff were lovely & location was amazing.

The facilities are quite dated & the pillows need to be thrown out & bones ones brought in The continental breakfast was very slim & not on par to typical continentals.

My stay was wonderful and comfortable, and l only wished l could have stayed longer!

I loved how comfortable the bed was, and how incredibly clean the room was! The room smelled like fresh air, and l had just come from a terrible experience where the air smelled mouldy, and the air conditioner was worse! Then there was such a friendly staff, as well as a good choice for breakfast!

Over all it was great!

The staff was excellent, especially Suzanne(I think that's her name, she's also a teacher). Hotel was clean room was great, bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast with Santa so I can't comment on the breakfast there, but the coffee was great!...will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. Thx! For everything:)

Bed was comfortable

-breakfast was tiny boxes of cereal, diy waffles, muffins -this hotel DOES NOT carry fitted sheets, so we had to wrap a top sheet -the toilet paper was STAINED brown -so expensive. Would not recommend anyone there
