The pool being open 24 hours was definitely super awesome!! I believe most hotels should have this. Valet was superb :) Our stay was excellent! We were treated like family and we felt very at home. Our two 70 LB dogs were very welcomed as well. They have complementary dog treats in little goodie bags in the lobby near the seating area that i thought was pretty cool. Poolside staff was great. They are top tier in there service 100% :)

We loved our stay and the staff & the service was hands down the best! But if i were to leave this box empty or type N/A, i would be lying to you & myself as well. The cleanliness of our room was pretty low. When using the sink, some water had gotten on the floor so i used a paper towel(i brought my own paper towels) to wipe it up and when i finished, i went to throw the paper towel away and noticed the paper towel was now black… The carpets were not vacuumed, and the walls were dirty. We very much enjoyed our stay and the service we received was exceptional! So I did not make it a big deal or say anything about it, but now that im being asked what i didn’t like about the property, that would have to be the only dislike, but this is something that would not change my mind on Giving this property 5 stars!!:)

Pretty but not the best values on our trek.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable

Our océan view was blocked by palms. Food was excellent BUT overpriced and the restaurant noisy. Husband called “Cobalt” an elite Texas Roadhouse.

Trying hard to be a 4 star but falling short

I like that there are some rooms with pool access. I was somehow not given one of those rooms despite my request.

There was absolutely no shower pressure whatsoever. It was not even a little acceptable how bad the pressure was. Also I didn’t like that breakfast was not included for the more than $1000 I spent for just 2 nights. It costs the hotel $3 to make a few scrambled eggs and that’s would have gone a long way to make me happy. And the facilities are very tired, stains on furniture, dirty walls, etc.

Amazing hotel! I would come back for Tuna Nachos!

I had a wonderful time in Vero beach. It’s a beautiful on the oceanfront located hotel. The huge room was beautiful and the food in both the restaurant was 5 star. It was so delicious, I can only recommend the tuna nachos! The best I ever had! Not just the food was amazing but also the location and view we had. The hotel is the perfect option for a relaxing stay at the beach and in the pool.

Wonderful staff everywhere!! Loved having two bathrooms in the suite! Liked the yoga mat in the room.

Breakfast menu needed some healthier options, especially steel-cut oatmeal with a side of berries.

Disaster in Vero

Location and proximity

Staff were totally incompetent worst I have ever experienced from valet parking who lost my car twice,, restaurants that do not offer side plates, apparently no bread or room service, to the non existent room service - absolutely not the Kimpton that I am use too! A total disappointment.

An absolutely gorgeous location and beautiful room, with excellent service by the staff.

Located directly on a gorgeous beach, with a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, bar, and restaurant. Beautifully appointed rooms. The staff was amazing and accommodating.

The balcony furniture could be more comfortable.

An excellent experience and we will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The staff was always friendly and very accommodating. We extended an extra day and the front desk staff made it very easy. The valet team was superb and the housekeeper was always friendly and helpful.

The female bartender on our first night was not good. She was very pleasant but didn’t know how to bartend.
