We had a very nice stay, great for families.

Breakfast was great and so was the courtyard area.

Pool was a little small but it was fine.

It is a good place to stay with kids, room cleaning requires some improvement.

The hotel is ideal for families. Staff is very good, especially those available at the breakfast time. Breakfast is good and dinning area is amazing.

The room wasn't clean properly. It had cooking smell. As there was not vent available. Blue carpets had mud visible in it.

Beautiful area, nice hotel, comfy beds and nice room

Guy who monitored breakfast wasn’t very nice and was rude to my son, who wasn’t doing anything wrong but just happened to be in the way for a split second. Was evacuated at 6:00 a.m due to a fire drill. No one let us know what was going on. No one have us directions. We literally wandered outside looking for any staff to show us where to go / what to do. And even then, my husband had to go ask a staff member if everything was okay. No one told us. Very frustrating. I get a fire alarm happening isn’t always expected, but you guys didn’t handle it well at all. Ruined our day for sure as we couldn’t get back to bed and all had headaches from being woken up so abruptly

Location of hotel is great since I like side streets to get around fashion valley and old town.

We checked in around 7pm and there were dishes left outside hallways. We had used back parking and took elevator to our room on first floor. Our room had a dirty dish by door at check in and still there in the morning.

Was pretty pleased in general with the hotel.

Room was well appointed and comfortable

Bed was not that comfortable. Also, would have preferred housekeeping every day, rather than every other day.

Wonderful family friendly stay.

The breakfast was wonderful, nice specious rooms, swimming pool , grills availability near swimming pool.. we had wonderful stay with kids

Everything is great, roomy and clean. But our bathroom smells like sewer and the living room smells like marijuana.

Great location & friendly staff - will stay again!

Parking was easy and the breakfast was great. The facilities were beautiful, the room was huge and the staff was very friendly. The outside family area was beautiful and the pool area was great. My family and I had a wonderful stay!

I wasn't aware of the daily parking rate until I arrived so I was a bit surprised at the $25/day cost but I think that was more of a "me issue" as I did not check the booking close enough.

We had a bad experience to say the least.

Staff was very responsive when we let them know we had cockroaches in our room.

The first morning we woke up we had cockroaches on our counter where we had left some food out. The following morning when we woke up we had cockroaches on the counter and floor. When I informed staff they moved us to a different room. The room we were moved to the carpet was all wet. So we had to keep out shoes on at all times and keep out baby off the floor for the remaining of the time there.

DELICIOUS BREAKFAST. EVERYHTING WAS GREAT. GOOD VARIETRY OF FOOD AND JUICE. MY FAMILY ENJOYED IT AS MUCH AS I DID. HIGHLY RECOMMED IT.

THERE WAS HONESLTY NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL ALWAYS.

Great breakfast, ceiling fan in bedrooom

The breakfast was great with real eggs and bacon! The room is nice. Love the ceiling fan in the bedroom!!!

The beds and pillows are not the most comfortable sadly, otherwise this place is perfect!

Disappointing

Location is good and the cleaning is very good. I also liked the welcome evening.

Althought a booked a room for 2 adult and 1 children, the staff gave me a room with one bed. After that, she changed to another room, but in this time, the room did not have blackout on the window, turning the sleep after sun raise impossible. After the first night, a brought the issue to the staff and she said that the engineering would be communicated. unfortunately, after arriving in the hotel for the secou d night, nothing was done.
