Good location. Good breakfast.
The gap between the door and the corridor is not soundproof. There is no hair dryer. This is the only hotel I have stayed in that does not have a hair dryer. The air changer in the bathroom is too noisy and couldn't be turned off. The room is also very small.

Everything was amazing! The whole staff was very caring and helpful. Great customer service!
A chest drawer to put clothes away

The breakfast was good. The place was clean. The staff was excellent (front desk-Sandra, India and Theresa(I forgot her name), housekeeping-Janet, breakfast staff( so helpful and friendly), maintenance). The pool was nice. Easy access to the highway. I felt safe.
There was no closet in the room. No vents in the bathrooms. I could hear the t.v. and conversation in adjacent room.

Property was in a good location and kept up really nicely. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The amenities smelled really good and felt like good quality. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was pretty good as well with a variety of different options. Would stay again.

Construction made it difficult to navigate around to the check in, breakfast area, and there wasn't visible signage or staff to be helpful.

Location
The remote for the tv didn’t work. Call front desk they said to wait till the morning. The key didn’t work for the door I swipe it at least 5x to get my door open.

The bed was comfortable.
I didn't like that the first floor was under reconstruction. Too much noise kept me from getting enough sleep into the morning hours before checkout.

Food and necessities were nearby.
Under renovation but this was not disclosed when reserving.

Upon arrival, my check in was quick since I pre registered online. The hotel is not an upscale hotel, however it was very clean and the location was great. It was only 10 minutes from Kensington Marta, which allowed me travel to my final destination in a timely manner. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The breakfast was okay for me. I was able to select enough to get my morning started, the usuals such as hot oatmeal, sausage, scrambled eggs, cereals, pancakes, danishes, coffee, juices and fruit.
For the price paid, I have no complaints. I am lactose intolerant and it would have been nice to have had a better choice of milk and yogurt.

Hampton Inn has the most amazingly comfortable beds. I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel on the shower wall. The front desk and maintenance staff, (Willie, specifically) went above and beyond to try to make my stay more enjoyable.
I did not like that the curtain on my room didn't completely cover the window to block morning sun. My room window faced East. I was blasted by sun every morning. Thankfully I brought an eye mask.
Also, my room was directly in front of the elevator. While that wasn't too annoying, what was unbearable was the housekeeping stock room was also across from me. Every morning they would get their carts and supplies and let the door slam shut. And I mean LOUDLY. I have really bad insomnia. So, it takes forever for me to fall asleep. After my second night, I felt I couldn't take it anymore. I called the front desk and let her know how horribly my stay was going because of the door (I didn't mention the other problems like the curtain or my semi-functioning AC unit, or the jackhammering of the floors due to construction). I was almost in tears because I couldn't fall asleep until 5:30 that morning, and at 9 am the stockroom door started being slammed. I told her I only got 3 1/2 hours of sleep, and I had a VERY busy day ahead of me, as I was in town for my birthday. I honestly didn't know how I was going to survive the day. I let her know that I opened my door and asked the cleaner who was with her cart if she was finished. She said, "No. We're just getting started.". I literally almost broke down in tears. The desk clerk told me that couldn't have been the case because they don't start until 10. I let her know I was quite sure of the time because I checked my clock to see just how little sleep I got. I asked her to leave a message for the housekeepers and their supervisor to PLEASE not let that door slam behind them in the morning. I was there 5 nights (not a cheap stay). It happened every morning. Aside from the comfy bed, I got the worst rest I think I've ever had in any hotel. I'm 100% sure that when I return to Atlanta, I will never stay at another Hampton Inn.

I did not stay at this hotel as it was smelly, not clean and had lot of smoke smell. I did. It even check in the hotel and asked for the refund as I am asthmatic and I would have got sick if I stayed there. Pls refund my money.
The hotel was very old, filthy, smell of marijuana, it was not welcoming, sofa that was in the entrance was very dirty and sticky. If the entrance had so many alarms I could not even dare to check in as the rooms whould have been filthy. Pls refund my money.

I liked the breakfast it was really good. They had waffles, frites, sausages, bacon, bagels, all kinds of juices and etc.
I booked two rooms. In the room me and my partner stayed in we had to get our room changed because there were roaches. In the other room was my mom and brother and they had to get their room switched 2 times because roaches were all over in their room. I was okay in my 2nd room and my mom 3rd room was okay and roach free. But that was a hassle constantly having to move room to room.

I left in the middle of the night bc I was itchy and the room reeked of mold. There were also stains on the headboard. The price was way too high for that quality.
