Did stay at the hotel. Computers were down and could not get me into a room.

localizacao é muito boa. perto do prudential e da newbury
achei o quarto muito escuro, com tudo em preto e pouca luz. alem disso o banheiro ainda é velho, com banheira e cortina de bano no chuveiro

Attention by the staff on text messages. Lobby service was good.
Room make up was skipped for a day. Pool wasn't operational.

Clean, great location, great lounge
Could not say there was anything I did not like….everything was great!

Close to Fenway park
Never cleaned our room. Then got attitude from girl behind front desk. Saying “what do you need”.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel was extremely overpriced.
I was very disappointed that the hotel charged me additional fees each day in addition to what I paid to book the room. We were told a WiFi password at check in, but that was it. At check out we were charged $25 per day for WiFi, bottled water, our room key, and a credit for food we were told nothing about. It was upsetting knowing how expensive the room was due to demand for the dates I visited.

La ubicacion es A +. Me gusta lo accesible de todos lados
Estacionar puede ser dificil. Y sobre todo en las nevadas

The bed was nice and the corner king room spacious.
At over $300/night in a mid-range room at a Hilton, I'd expect something comparable to other 4-star hotels. Instead, the room was pretty basic. Very small bathroom with a normal tub/shower (that had very low water pressure and a pneumatic toilet flush that sprayed toilet water into the air), small window overlooking a parking garage and various noisy ventilators on a nearby roof, and, worst of all, dim floor lamps that had to be turned on individually. With all the lights on, I had to use my phone flash to see into my suitcase. Moreover, the bathroom had a single huge blinding light that required a pause when leaving to adjust to the dim room. Ironically, the decor featured large photographs of lightbulb filaments. Finally, although it may be normal for conference hotels these days, the bill was inflated with various obscure charges, including a $25/day "destination charge" that may or may not have been the $25/day food credit that you lose if you don't use it within a 24 hour period and which, I was assured after questioning why the food charges that I had scrupulously accrued to use the credit were not waived, would appear on my credit card as a refund at some time in the future.

Location
The room is dark , may be because the color of the furniture everything black and dark grey. And the light is not bright enough.

Questionable charges like “Urban destination charge”, “Convention CNT finance tax”, “Tourism assessment” and other taxes charged twice. The room wasn’t as expected.

Loved the app. There were a bunch of guests waiting their turns around the front desk when I arrived. I didn't need to stop there; just went right to my room. When I was ready to check out, there was a button for that too. All very easy. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. A few spaces to work, easy to access power outlets, dimmable lighting, stable wifi. Beautiful nightime view out the window of the Christian Science Center Buildings (pic). Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the little details that made it comfortable.
Did not like the light around the bathroom mirror (pic). It was the biggest, brightest ring light for such a tiny space. It was painfully bright. Unfortunately, it also clearly showed how filthy the inside of the bathroom door was in an otherwise spotless bathroom.

Bathroom was dirty as if recently used and broken shower head. Advertised with balcony and no balcony

I was very happy about our stay in Boston . The hotel was very clean and in a perfect location in Boston . Staff was friendly and attentive. I felt safe during these Covid 19 times. No complaints at all ! Will be back soon!

The room we stayed was very noisy because it is close to the elevator chamber. They overcharged our room for some expenses which did not occurred.

LIked the spacious room and the great bed and the always ready cool water in the lobby.
It's pricey to stay in Boston

Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Good location.
Room was small. Needed more space to open suitcases. Beds needed to be at least queen size. Toilet flushing was loud. Sink needed to be outside shower/bathroom. Credit card charges were confusing since we paid when we checked in and then we incurred daily credit card charges after that (not from ordering anything). No coffee bar. The market had unreasonable prices, like $7 for a soda.

The staff were extremely friendly! From the front desk, to the maintenance person I ran into 3 times to the breakfast crew that were terrific.
I booked a room with 2 double beds, and they ran out. The staff was great about giving me a trundle bed for my daughter, but it was uncomfortable, and she slept horribly.

Not much
It’s old, tired, over-priced and just not a good hotel.

Very expensive. No one wants to spend over $15 on breakfast.
Too much noise near my room. People knocking on wrong doors in middle of the night.

The room was very comfortable
The desk chair wasn't ideal for working with a laptop; it was too low.

The room was a bit small, but the distribution made it even "smaller" in practice.

Dark room, not enough lighting
Not enough toiletries in the bathroom

it was near Boston conservatory where we watched recitals of our daughter.
the hotel had to charge us additional usd100 per day of our stay which was a surprise. it was not explained upon check in. I just learned when my credit card was charged and I asked. front desk said usd25.00 was consumable and the rest was deposit and will be returned upon check out if nothing is chargeable during our stay. since we stayed for 5 nights, my credit card was charged usd500.00. of the usd500.00, we consumed usd 395.00 but the balance was not immediately returned to my card. what more, another usd500.00 was charged to my card upon check out which I was told will be returned after a few days. so a total of usd1,000.00 was charged to my card. now I am waiting what will really happen. I am confused of this hotel policy.
