My best friend and I take our young teen boys here every year for their birthday, we lives a couple hours away! The pool

The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating! I like that breakfast was included. The rooms were clean and the kids really enjoyed the pool and the arcade.

Not much to complain about, the sauna in the woman’s change room didn’t work and the workout room only consisted of out outdated machines that barely worked

loved the property and the room. the cleanliness of the bathroom needed a step up. glad i came prepared with my own cle

the pool was great, so was the little arcade was a nice surprise

i actually ended up cleaning the washroom and it was devastating to see how dirty the tub really was

Superb

Location was perfect for food trips Our room was in a great location for 2 old ladies. Close to pool and our car.Staff was excellent.

The hotel needs to be a bit upgraded in the pool and shower area.

Pleasant

Location to the activity we were at.

The fact that they sprayed the lines on the driveway while our cars were parked. They did not give us a notice that this was going to happen.

Could of used a fan fan to drown out some noise

It was wonderful, but could of been hotter, but it was great, location was great, staff was great

all in all very nice staty will prob book again

room was great bed very comfy food in restaraunt was very good and nice price staff was very friendly and helpful pool and hot tub were nice when we could get into them

tv was very snowy and no channels to choose from some of the guest were rude to others

It's always a pleasure to stay here, is a great choice for a economic yet good family stay!

The room is big and properly equipped. AC and Heating work correctly. Bathroom is properly quipped and spacious. The Pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna are fully working and nicely laid out. Breakfast is very well done and with a lot of variety.

Very frustrating until the Manager straightened things out

The Manager did a fantastic job addressing our concerns regarding the cleanliness of our room and the noisy AC unit that kept us awake all night. Great job!!

The rooms and furniture are old and could have been cleaned better. The AC unit in our room made a major amount of noise all the time

Not a bad place but could use some work yet

The staff was absolutely fantastic, the pool was nice, the breakfast was one of the best ive ever had and the game bar was really fun

When first arrvied it didnt seem as the floor had been vacuumed, the tv only has 8 channels, when I put my soap on the soap tray it came off the wall and we found a few little potatoe bugs in our room mind you we did have a sliding door that walked out to the parking lot so it's understandable that you could have a few things come in if you were to leave it open, the hotel ran out of hot water at about 8pm on Saturday and the bath tub wouldn't hold water for my kids to have a bath

The Room was clean and spacious. It was nice to have the pool and hot tub available. Games room and meals were a definite plus.

No elevator for my mom and dad. If I had of known before I would have asked for a room on the main level.

Comfortable but could have been nicer.

Overall it was nice. The hot tub was not working and was a main reason for booking. Comfortable beds.

There we no bath towels in bathroom. When we came in the balcony door was open from the opposite side of the opening. My spouse had to re-a line doors to get them to close properly so the room was freezing. Not a problem that could have been fixed but waited to long to book and would have loved to have stayed in a nicer suit with a tub.
