Overall the stay was pleasant except for the above comments.

We were able to get a room late. Staff was friendly. Place was clean.

No elevator to reach second floor for disabled person. Hot in hallways and no air in hallway. Water pressure was terrible and shower made loud screeching noise.

Booked by mistake( I thought I was completing the booking a Syracuse, NY motel not the Albany motel)--When I got the confirmation, I saw I had booked wrong motel, but I could not cancel. Education is expensive wherever you get it.

Skip this place at all costs. Expensive at half the price, even for a one night stay after a late-night flight.

Location, near the airport.

Everything else, except the night staff was helpful, when our non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, he came up with me right away to help spray air freshener. Room was teeny-tiny, facilities are old and dumpy, bathroom so small anyone much taller than me (at 5’7”) would have their knees against the wall when using the toilet. Shower not working. Linens were clean so Housekeeping is doing their part. They probably just missed the red spatter on the lampshade next to my bed that was likely from the murder in our room the week before.

everything. I should have taken photos of the room. when I pay around 200 dollars for a room it should be in way better condition.

there was blood stains on the wood floor the bed the wall it smelled floor was not swept bed looks like someone was laying in it before I did dusty I called to complain person at desk was rude from the start said I should have said something when I first checked in.. very unhappy will not be staying again. would like a refund

Great value, okay location.

Room was newly renovated. Nice flooring, looked nice and clean which was a change from how they used to look. I wonder if they changed the jacuzzi rooms too or have them the same Victorian decorated way.

Bathroom was super tiny. Ants everywhere!!! Don't bring any food with you into ground floor rooms since they are off the parking lot, by two feet, if you have any food at all, even baby formula you'll get trails of ants very quickly! Checked in with a baby in a stroller and clerk gave me a 2nd floor room, they don't have an elevator so I had to go back and get a new room on the ground floor. Not a problem though. Room was very small, not much moving around room with a baby stroller aginst the heater.

I liked the decor. In the room..

I did not like for these few reasons... When I was booking I had a choice of which room I wanted and I specifically asked for a smoking room which was more money than the non-smoking room. When I got there they told me that i booked a non smoking rm .. and then I sent a guest of mine. A friend who stopped over to go get some fresh towels and the guy at the front desk went off on him and threatened to call the police and everything else. It was just ridiculous uncalled for and unprofessional... I've never had a place bite someone's head off for and threaten to call the cops for asking for a fresh towel... But if you'd like to get treated this way. Hey this is your place to come!!

Good place to stay

Good Clean Room. Comfy. Good place to stay. Room had heat and fridge. No problems at all. I'll stay again if I'm in Albany area.

Breakfast was not enough just some bananas oranges few donuts and toast. They definitely need to improve their breakfast. Also I felt price was bit high. Other than that everything was good.

good location if you just pass by nd don;t visit Albany - close the the higway and restaurants

our room had a window coming out on a staircase - no natural light and somone was constatly smoking pot - the smell was really bed.

Not worth the money even with the location being in a great spot!

The location is near the highways and restaurants.

The rooms smelled like marijuana & cigarette smoke. The towels had large visible dirt stains, and the sheets were dingy. When I took them to the front desk, all the manager said was she was sorry. It's hard to find good employees nowadays—also, the tub filled with water every time we took a shower.

While an inexpensive motel room with good location I would not be inclined to use this motel again.

Location was good ...just off the highway, with plenty of places to gas up, and to grab a quick bite to eat.

Room was very dusty. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. Door was in need of a good wash down. Stains on bedding was undesirable. The coffee pot in room had a frayed cord that was taped over. VERY UNSAFE. Door lock was difficult to use. Very hard to unlatch. It appeared to be "rusted in place". Front desk clerk was pleasant but not very professional. Clean clothes and a shave go a long way.

The stay was simple and value worth.

- It was a smaller room compared to my previous night stay at another Super8, but enough for my one-person stay. I was able to put all my stuffs in and was able to lay them open to get things I need for the night. - The breakfast was nothing in particular but had more choices than the other Super8 I stayed. - There were AC outlets right on the lamp base on the nightstand. Very convenient to use for plugging in chargers for phone and tablet. - Overall, for a one-night sleep and go, this place has its value.

- The front desk person looked like had a little bit trouble getting my driver's license information into the system. It took him a little bit longer time to setup. I almost thought there was something wrong. The credit card was instead of typical swiping/chip reading through the machine, he must had typed in the numbers, because on my notification, I received a text message warning from my card company that a charge was made without card presenting. Very strange. - The room did not provide any cloth hangers, so, I had to just use the hanger bar to hang a few things.
