It was quite an adventure. You were able to have what ever variety of taste for your chewing pleasure. The breakfast bar had such a selection. The omelette was amazing. The staff were very upbeat and more than willing to assist you. Thank you for this beautiful selection of very tasty food

Very comfortable place to stay at the beginning of the stripe with friendly staff.

Staff was extremely helpful and gave me an upgrade as I had booked two separate stays but had booked a double instead of a king the first night as part of festival package. Comfortable bed and couch. TV was a nice size as well as good wifi.

Bathroom was a bit out of date. Places to eat didnt stay open that late unless it was the buffet.

The weather was chilly, but the indoor thermostat did not rise above the set temperature, so it was a bit cold. 샤워실도 따뜻한 물이 일정 온도 이상 올라가지 않아서 약간 차거운 물이 였다 The shower room also had warm water that did not rise above a certain temperature, so the water was a bit cold.

Ok for the price.

I liked the location. The monorail was on site and made it easier to access the strip. Staff was pretty friendly overall. Pool was nice.

Room could have been cleaned better. Someone’s earring backings were left on the night stand and the tub wasn’t very clean. The showerhead not great. Food was not good.

Westgate... convient to the convention center but not worth the money.

We stayed on the 14th floor and the best part was watching the Sphere.

The Shower did not drain and ended up standing in a puddle of soapy water. the room was B A S I C. AND I MEAN BASIC! Literally 2 well made beds , towels, TV, desk and lamp. NO COFFEE, NO MICROWAVE, NO MINI FRIDGE. The Elevators Were a wait every time and 1 of them went down. That's when maintenance staff decided to change the door handles on our rooms and we had to go recheck in to get new keys. ANOTHER long wait. I will book someplace Cheaper and get the same service and amenities next year.

I had an awesome time I was there for the BIG BLUES BENDER blues festival and it was really fun

I love the old-school Vegas charm in the pool area was really nice

Good.

The two ladies at The Strip gift shop treated me like I was a mirage. I stood at the counter waiting to pay for something for about three minutes and they didn’t acknowledge my presence, even though I was right in front of them. I guess they were designing t-shirt patterns(?).

Front desk told us we werent checking in until the next night when we got there. It was 10:00PM and we had just driven 4 hours so that was not a great thing to hear. Especially because I called and confirmed the day prior. But then after doing some digging they found that they were wrong and apologized.

Hated this place with pure passion. 90 minutes to check in is insane.

I would recommend this property if you are looking for a nice place with reasonable rates.

The view from my room was amazing! I was concerned about noise because my room was next to the elevators, but it was perfectly quiet. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

I had a hard time connecting to the wi-fi, it kept saying invalid room number. I was attending a very busy conference so I didn't take the time to ask for assistance.

The room was on 19th floor so very good view from the window. Air conditioner worked very well, room was even too cold maybe. Room was quite large so there was room to be.

The shower stream was very week. The windows did not open. You couldn't change the air temperature.

Timeshare trap with ZERO customer service.

The entire customer service staff had no clue about any information requested. Lots of staff doing very little. The "concierges" service only wanted to sell you a timeshare, thats all the "help" they knew to provide.
