Wouldn’t necessarily recommend if you plan to use public transportation to visit NYC.

Close to George Washington bridge Free parking Bar and restaurant with decent hours

- Included shuttle service to NYC is a one way to the bus stop before the George Washington bridge. There, you can take a bus that brings you across the bridge (2$). - There’s no way to walk safely on a sidewalk to/from the hotel to public transportation. We needed to take a uber from the bus stop to the hotel (10$) - A/C wasn’t working in our room, we got it fixed but it stoped working again at the beginning of the night. We ask the receptionist if they could fix it before our second night. Wasn’t working when we came back. We ask to change rooms. The A/C wasn’t working in the second room. Got it fix and it worked the whole night this time.

It was okay.

I liked how close the location was the NY and The American Dream mall.

I didn't like that I would've had to pay $15 for a microwave just to warm food up. What's the point of a refrigerator then if I can't warm the food up without paying extra to do so?

If you are looking for a hotel for this could be it. Staff is great!

It’s a hotel with free parking very close to the Armory Track. The staff is awesome. The breakfast was okay but the attendant made up for it with tasty cappuccinos.

It’s along side a highway and walking score is probably 0. The rooms are in need of updating/ maintenance but I knew that and booked anyway.

한국어를 구사하는 직원들이 매우 친절하게 맞아주어 맘이 편해진다. 조식은 다양한 음식이 준비되어 있고 맛있다. 뉴욕시에 비교적 가까운 위치에 있어 비즈니스, 여행에 좋을 것 같다. 침대도 좋아 잠도 잘 온다.

방 정리가 완벽하지 않았다. 하우스키핑 교육이 필요할 것 같다. 창문이 열리지 않아 환기 어렵다.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe. Great staff and love the warm cookie always.

Location difficult to access from main highway. No outside food options near hotel. Hotel was very dated and not renovated. Hotel wanted to charge $60 USD for early check in.

Not worth the money

Loved that property was close to location/venue we had reservations for

Bathroom seemed really old, not clean and had to request housekeeping when we checked in which nobody never came. Had to clean myself, which I do anyway but had to really clean this time around. All that money paid not to have a microwave is insane to me. It’s one thing not to have in the room but front desk informed there weren’t any at all for guests to utilize. Breakfast was horrible! $19.99/per person is ridiculous when all the food was cold and not close to mediocre.

Disappointing

We spent three nights in four rooms and ate dinner in the restaurant every evening and because we booked through a third party site, we were denied rewards points. We use the brands on a regular basis as we live overseas and travel home several times a year. As we have a variety of rewards programs affiliated with hotel brands, we are likely to use other properties in the future.

Very comfortable, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.... this is a good place to spend time and relax with family.

The food was honestly disgusting, I will never eat at the restaurant again....had salmon it was store brought from Costco, my fiance had pasta with smoked salmon it tasted bad, please upgrade abd fire the chef the food is bad.

Overall it was an okay stay

Beds were satisfactory and the staff was really nice. They gave us warm cookies when we checked in.

When we entered the room the washroom didn’t seem to be cleaned properly. Everything was good there was soap, shampoo, clean towels, etc. However when I looked more there was a lot of hair on the floor. My family didn’t seem to mind but it bothered me and I asked for room service to clean the room the next day while we were out. When we came back the room was nice and clean. But same issue with the washroom, I guess they’re not through with cleaning up small hairs.
