Exceptional

Everything.... Staff and owners were exceptional,, so friendly and helpful. Felt like you were part of the family. Presentation of the meals were amazing. Rooms were great, beds were so comfortable and bathrooms were perfect. All amenities you need. So relaxing and within walking distance to where ever we wanted to go. Had our own happy hour on the back deck on a rainy day and it was wonderful, they did not mind at all. Restaurant was excellent but they also recommended other places to eat that were so good. Can't say enough about it.

That we had to leave to go home!!!!

I recommend this place ☺️

Very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent since it's near the the information center, convenience store, Alexander Graham Bell's museum and the boardwalk. Check in was easy and fast.

The wifi could be better.

There was service to assist ppl upon arrivalwith carrying luggage up floors but none to bring luggage down stairs. 1

Nice place to stay for a couple of days

Great location, especially if you drive an EV. There’s a fast charger on site. Nice view from our balcony.

Location is great and staff was helpful - due to low season there was no attendant at the main office which is ok. Facilities was great and staff was always helpful and friendly when we call. The place is really wonderful.

The bed was rock hard and the room was really cold. Bed can be more comfortable for the price we paid for the hotel room. This is really the only complain I have with this hotel.

/we were very impressed with the staff. Cordial and attentive to our needs.

I told the staff at the desk their mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. She agreed and said they were on their bucket list for purchasing.

Nice place to stay if you’re doing the Cabot Trail.

Great place to stay before doing the Cabot trail. Spacious room & bath which were very clean!

Room was disappointing staff were friendly and abliging

Did not stay for breakfast Was asked to move at supper night before for entertainment we did, entertainment had still not shown up when we had finished eating and had paid and left Meal was good ,fish n chips !

This room was supposed to be handicap was not Toilet WAY to low ,handrail in bathroom behind toilet,so much furniture in room couldn't get around in wheelchair space between beds to narrow for wheelchair room would have been better with 1 queen bed Ramp at entrance was not user friendly had to take a fast drive in wheelchair to get up and received a hard drop off when departing will not recommend for accesability persons and will find a different place to stay next time we go

Superb

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and also clean. It was convenient to have a restaurant onsite for breakfasts. The food was good but not outstanding. The location is perfect, right opposite the hall where they have the caileighs, and close to restaurants. The Freight Shed Restaurant is especially good.

Our only objection was the guitarist and singer who performed every night during dinner. We had dinner there only the first night, and that was quite enough.
