j’avais pris la peine de réserver une suite lit king mais le matelas était si dur qu’on avait l’impression de dormir sur un sommier

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Balcony was nice to have and lots of outdoor seating on the lawn outside.

Overpriced for what you got. Clearly a pet-friendly hotel, but we had no pets and being in a room that smelled of dog was not ideal.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the friendly, helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Marc. The hotel was located on the waterfront near the ferry terminal and we had a nice view from our room.

The on sight restaurant closed for the season a couple of days before we arrived. We were disappointed that we could not eat in the restaurant at the hotel as this was one of the reasons we chose to stay there...for the beautiful view of the water from the restaurant shown in the photos on Booking.com sight.

Did NOT stay = too dirty

Nothing about this hotel was good. Very dirty. Did NOT sleep there, asked to cancel the 2 other nights. They wouldnt reimburse for the 1st night that we did NOT stay there. Were in the room maybe 15 mins. It was way too dirty to stay. Hope to be reimbursed for the 3 nights since we did NOT stay there.

The drive to the hotel was lovely.

The room was across the street. It smelled terribly. There was no air conditioning. No where for hotel guests to eat as the restaraunt was fully booked.

Great stop in Matane

Great spot right on the beach! The walk in back of the hotel is gorgeous! The breakfast was delicious as well (extra cost)!

I thought I had ocean view but didn't but that was my bad since I didn't check really! Ask for ocean view its worth it!!
