Belle découverte à Charlottetown.

c’était notre première fois à cette hôtel. Nous avons été reçu comme des rois. On nous a upgradé dans le Penthouse de l’hôtel au dernier étage avec notre terrasse avec vue sur la Baie et le coucher de soleil. Le service était parfait et très attentionné. On nous a servi nos repas sur notre balcon. La nourriture était excellente. Nous y retournerons.

Le stationnement est facile à trouver mais il faut marcher un long bout dans un mall intérieur pour revenir à l’hôtel. c’est un faible désagrément.

Doesn't compare to The Great George for comfort, or outstanding guest service. Not even close.

The location was very close to restaurants and shopping

The staff at the desk were not overly friendly. The guy when we checked out could not figure out how to accept $100 cash towards our bill (we were trying to use the Canadian $ we had left). My husband said breakfast was horrible they were out of everything.

Liked the location, liked the room size, and the room was clean.

The wait times for the elevators. The pool was small.

1 Year Anniversary Stay-cation

The room service food was delicious, the room was super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The view was absolutely gorgeous. The shower was perfect for two.

There were no bath robes in the suite. There was no free breakfast available. There was no free parking for hotel guests. The addition cost for the romance package (as it was our one year anniversary) was way too expensive to purchase for just 2 nights.

awesome and comfortable!

the room is clean, the hotel is clean. it is in a great location. the view from our room is awesome. the beds are comfortable. the hot tub is great! staff are so friendly and helpful. special thanks to the one who did the valet parking for us that day when it feels like -47C outside. thank you a bunch!

the pool was a little cold but maybe because there was a lot of kids swimming that night we went. other than that, everything is great!

Happily Becoming a Regular

This was our 3rd stay at The Holman and we fall in love more each time. The staff is always incredible, rooms immaculate- had a King Suite this time and it was very spacious and romantic, pool area very clean and bright.

That I am not rich and can't stay for a week of respite lol. Honestly there is nothing to not like.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The beds and pillows were comfy. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean.

Under the pullout couch wasn’t cleaned but wasn’t overly bothered by it.

There was a cleaning cloth left on the bed, a hair (pubic) on the bed by the pillow, and alot of dust on the fireplace.

Staff was very friendly, bed was most comfortable, hotel was very quiet, shower was great, check in was quick and easy

TV was a little outdated, room temp was turned down all the way but still felt a little warm, parking sucked

Convenient to downtown.

I tried to ask the staff to provide more shampoo and amenitiesI through the hotel mobile message, but I didt not get them finally. If he swimming pool can be bigger, we would be perfect.
