Beautiful property. Friendly professional staff, immaculate suite, room #209. Every amenity possible to maximize our stay , and a great restaurant and bar to relax in.

Excellent the children really enjoyed the breakfast and wanted to stay extra days.
Telephone wasn't working for room service or any other service we reported that. Constantly had to leave room to request more towel. Also gave a 24 hour for the room to be cleared both to front desks and housekeeping supervisor on the third day the rooms finally got cleaned. Toilet was malfunction in one of the room. Maintenance came in and solve the problem right away but the bathroom needs be clean and Housekeeping supervisor told the maintenance to clean the bathroom. Keep in mind the room wasn't clean for couples of days. The Children went swimming during swimming lessons given and were told to stay in a designated area. Other than that we as a family outing enjoyed the stay.

Non professional staff
One gave me a key for a room that other people were staying at. The other guests were startled from sleep when I got into the room - HORRIBLE WITH REGARDS TO SAFETY
Racist staff - Asked a person if the area is safe, her response was: yes safe, all white people live here.

Location was dark and food.was average at best
Bathroom in suit needed a complete maintenance overall. The shower only turned on halfway when activated. We were standing in water Ankle high when finished. The toilet handle fell off repeatedly. I finally banged it with a shoe and it stayed on fir a full day!. Living room was very dark

Room was spacious and clean.
No housekeeping even though we specifically requested clearing trash and making bed. Nothing else was required but even that wasn’t done.
No liners in trash cans, no soap in shower stall.
Was difficult to find parking at night.

That it was close to things
It wasn’t clean. It was hair all over the shower. There was a loud noise that stayed on the whole time from the air. I asked for extra pillows before getting there they didn’t have them in the room and told me I had to come get them even though the elevator was broken. I was checked out early by front desk with the request of a blow dryer so I had to walk all the way back to the front desk and realized they accidentally checked us out but came in our room while we were locked out with all of our stuff out.

Location. Nice lobby and facilities. Starbucks on-site.
Room could’ve been cleaned better. There was some garbage on the floor from previous guests. No liners in trash bags. We chalked it up to the national workforce shortage for the service industry.

Everything was exceptional. Especially enjoyed the suite layout of the room. We didn't realize until we checked in and got to our room, that we had to change it to accommodate my elderly father with an accessible room (larger bathroom with safety bars). The staff was exceptional in getting us situated with the room change. The room was excellent and met all of our needs. We were also able to extend our check-out time which was extremely helpful because we were timing a home closing with the start of a long distance drive to our new relocation destination.

The noisy neighbors in the wee hours of the morning.

Super clean and quiet.
That we technically needed to reserve the middle table area in order to eat there.

I loved the attitudes of the Hotel Staff..
I hated the prejudice of the restaurant!! The Hotel Staff suggested eating at the restaurant in the building, there was a woman who came in of another culture who was treated and greeted just fine.. When we came we were completely ignored.. Then finally we heard hello lady’s but was never asked if we wanted to be seated, or wanted anything to eat…

staff was friendly and responsive
stayed 2 nights for an out of town wedding.
The pillows were terrible, missing a remote for the TV, very dusty, the couches were all worn sunk in and stained. The room they gave us was above the kitchen and the smell of fried foods filled the room. We had to change our room after midnight coming back from the wedding. The next day while waiting in the lobby for a ride many hockey parents were drinking beer out of a cooler, very loud and taking up all the lobby seats.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There was an empty pop bottle on the floor in the bedroom upon our arrival, the mini fridge was disgusting, there was tape on the walls from what appeared to be from a previous stay.

the cleaning and how friendly the staff was
it was to many kids running around and making noise and knocking on the doors and the room had gotten cold at night when it was bed time

The location is great, the staff are always friendly and it’s nice to have a Starbucks in the lobby.
The hotel is tired. Very tired. The sofas are barely worth sitting on, the carpets are stained, there are stains on the curtains, the bathrooms are tired. There are usually events on so it’s a really noisy hotel.

The room was great and so was the staff.
The hotel was hosting a college competition. These students were having a party in the atrium. They were excited and getting drunk and there was a lot of whooping. My family and I had been touring colleges. We had driven for 10 hours two days before. 11 hours the day before and 4 hours that day. We were tired and I counted on a quiet nights rest. At 10:15 pm I called to the desk to get them to quiet the group. I was told that security would be sent. No change. At 10:45 pm I repeated this. Again told that security would be sent. And again at 11:15 pm. Same. We were so tired I think we fell asleep in spite of the noise. At 12:30 am I was woken up by very loud whooping noises. Since the desk wasn't doing anything, went out to the walkway outside our room, which also overlooked the atrium. I yelled out that if the noise didn't stop completely I will call the police for underage drinking.
The group went to their rooms immediately.
This leads me to believe that the front desk did nothing to try to quiet the group.
I spoke to the manager the next day, but what could he do at that point.
This was a horrible stay.
