Great hotel in a great location. The managers reception and the breakfast are value added!

Location was great and the guest rooms were terrific. Staff were friendly but not the most responsive. Price was high but I suppose understandable for a big city!

No hand soap in bathroom dispenser and they never brought any after speaking with the front desk - twice! Cost was high for an Embassy Suites, however the hotel was very nice.

Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet, die Ausstattung, die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die tägliche Reinigung war gut. Die Schlafcouch sehr gut zum Liegen. Die Suite klein, aber ausreichend für 5 Personen.

Manche Mitarbeiter des Parkservice sind extrem unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Bei 70 $ am Tag für den Parkplatz eine Frechheit, wenn ich bitten muss, dass ich mir was aus meinem Auto holen darf! Die Keiler von Hilton-Member in der Lobby sind teilweise sehr aufdringlich.

Amazing location and staff were friendly. Would recommend!

The location was great, breakfast was pretty good with similar items daily, daily evening reception was decent.

Very cozy and comfortable.

I like how the property was close to the capital one arena and it was a local Starbucks across the street.

I didn’t like how my room had hair by the toilet.

They lie and tell you, you can’t park on the street when you can and they charge 68$ per night for valet parking but don’t tell you that.. you just randomly get a charge on your card .

Ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel, was sich natürlich auch im Preis niederschlägt. Es gibt eine Happy Hour ab 17 Uhr, bei der jeder Gast 2 Getränke und Snacks inklusive hat. Jeden Morgen kann man sich ein Omlett nach Wunsch zubereiten lassen!

Wie überall in Amerika wird man in der Bar schockgefrostet. Eine Jacke sollte man immer dabei haben. Auch bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur!

Location was amazing. So much to do within walking distance.

Breakfast was delicious and such a pleasant surprise. My family loved the omelet station. The cooks were so patient and pleasant. Fresh and quality ingredients used to make our omelets every single morning.

Pool was nice but a little on the small size for teenagers.

Location is always perfect. Right in the heart of the city, close to restaurants and entertainment, this is the go to hotel for my family.

It was truly a blessing and am grateful for each staff member we encountered that made it happen.

ALL staff from the moment we checked in early, to the early mornings the mad rush was lining up for breakfast to the late nights needing a meal, and the guys out front helping people with their luggage…every staff member had a smile on their face and expressed joy in their hearts. Our room was tended to every day, wasn’t expected but was welcomed and appreciated. We had space to stay for a whole week to make it feel like home away from home, with comfortable beds and a place to have a meal. Our son enjoyed swimming every evening and we are grateful for that! And even having washer and dryers to do laundry, WOW! It was so close to walk to restaurants and set out for daily activities and sightseeing. The location was safe, also very grateful for that.

Embassy suites Washington ⁷⁹

Very central for all the attractions in Washington . Breakfast was decent. The staff serving breakfast were very friendly. The room was clean and room service each day with no charge. We had the corner suite which was nice.

We arrived and they had no availability in the more expensive corner suite that I had booked we had to wait until the next day to get a corner suite room. The rooms have adjoining looked doors you can hear the people in the next room. The room lacks maintenance in some areas. The shower was a tiled floor and very slippery easy to fall if you not careful. The shower handle was very stiff to turn on and off needing both hands to operate. We were on the 15 floor there was a continuous banging noise from above I think it was a non return valve on the water system. The breakfast area was very cold due to the AC your food soon went cold. The breakfast area was heaving with people each morning children running about. If I come again to Washington I won't use this hotel again.

Hade bad experience with reception during check in

The customer service were rude and did not have enough knowledge about bookings as we’ve booked 2 king suit rooms but when we attended at the reception to check in the stuff gave us only one king suit and tried to mislead and misguide us by saying that 2 rooms means one bedroom and one living room but after some discussion finally they realised that we booked 2 king suit rooms and provided us another king suit room

La colazione pur abbondante non era di eccelsa qualità, soprattutto il bacon era sempre troppo cotto e si presentava secco e bruciacchiato,qualche attesa al checkout ma dovuta alla grande presenza di ospiti

Convenient and comfortable for a family stay

Location. Suites with sofa bed, space for family. Buffet breakfast with omelette station was good with excellent staff in the breakfast area and housekeeping.

Poor experience at check in; was delayed and room not ready at time of guaranteed check in and front desk staff member was dismissive and unhelpful.

Shalonda - Good Place to stay

My stay was short but the property was in a great area to attractions and the school we were visiting. My room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice, approachable and answered any questions I had. I will stay at this location again.

The buffet was crowded and disorganized but I’m not sure how to prevent that. Thankful it came with the room. The snack register didn’t work all the time.

Despite the inaccurate advertising of a particular room, the rest of the stay and overall experience was very good.

Great location! The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is very good, with an abundance of food choices. The restaurant staff, especially during breakfast hours deserve extra kudos!! They worked really hard to keep the breakfast rush running so well.

The room I booked was advertised as a corner room and I don’t think it should have been advertised this way. Who doesn’t think “corner room” is synonymous with a 90 degree angle of windows, meaning a room at the end of a hallway with 2 windows offering views from two directions?? The “corner” room we were given had a view from the single window in our room of brick wall!! Our room was NOT located at a “corner”. I called the front desk immediately upon entry into to the room and was told that our room was considered a “corner” room. The only reason I could think of was perhaps because our room was adjoining to a room at the end of the hall, which I suppose was the “corner room”. However, we weren’t given that room. I didn’t argue with the front desk because I figured the priority of our trip was to visit the sites and not look out from the hotel windows. In hindsight, I probably should have at least said something to the manager at the time.

Nice hotel but not worth so much money.

I liked the staff, they were really friendly and helpful. Also the location is perfect.

The room wasn’t very clean. There was hair in the shower and pee at the outside bottom of the toilet. Also, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pool was ridiculously full of kids jumping and screaming and moving aggressively. Couldn’t enjoy it with my one year old baby as it wasn’t safe for her.

Definitely decent.

All in all, a great stay. Breakfast area was a bit confusing, as the set-up is not friendly. Cleaning lady was great and the young lady, Isabel, was very friendly and helpful.

Could not order food until 5pm and the prime rib sandwich was terrible. For breakfast, most of the staff was really good, but I did run into a few at breakfast that seemed irritated.
