Nice place to stay

Room was lovely and I was glad the elevator was fixed upon my return visit. Front desk clerk very helpful.

Breakfast could have had a few more choices like yogurt and bagels.

Very comfortable and clean. Elevator was out of service but under repair the next morning. Breakfast was average.

The hotel fulfilled what I needed at a reasonable price

Room was clean and well setup. Breakfast was convenient and good.

TV set up was unusual.

Reasonably priced place to stay if you are simply overnighting in the Soo

Unfortunately, due to the noise from the on site bar, we will not return.

The suite was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. Location was good.

There is a bar in the hotel building, which for some reason, plays LOUD live music late into the evening. For travel weary guests, who have paid to relax and sleep, this poses somewhat of a problem! Also, we encountered a problem with the smell of marijuana smoke in the ventilation system one evening. We were told that it was probably from the outside vent, but we were in the middle of building. We notified the front desk, only because we didn’t want to be charged for smoking in our room. (We are non-smokers.)

Money grab hotel for Dingy beds and terribly outdated rooms.

The sheets were dingy, the rooms wasn't as pictured on website. We were put in a room that looked like it was a converted conference room. The room wasn't even listed on the hall directions which is consistent with them converted an odd space into a very creepy odd room. The conditioner was empty in the bathroom. The room was so outdated it looked like it could have bee. Rented by the hour. The beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast food was terrible. The orange juice was so watered down that it was closer to water. The yogurts were served lukewarm. We could not wait to get out of there. We've been in nicer places that were not even half the price. Not even a nice part of town.

Was ok just needed updates and better cleaning

The breakfast was OK overall, selection could have been a bit better, especially in the meat department, I can't eat sausage

The room had a musty smell, the bathroom wasn't really clean,shower curtain had mold on the bottom, could use update s throughout

The location is great and the room was clean and comfortable. It's right across the street from a mall which has everything you need ( food, liquor and clothes).

The place is dated.

Chairs in room were not sized right, blocking the access in room. Beds too big for room or room was too small to accommodate chosen furniture

The bed and pillows are comfortable .

The elevator was terrible and scary. It made a big sound and it didn't work properly. Didn't sound safe The food needs to be improved.

Good value for the money and an excellent location downtown.

The room was clean; the beds were comfy; the staff was welcoming.

The tub didn't drain well; the shower curtain rod was broken; the tub was EXTREMELY slippery and there was no mat inside for safety; the breakfast was basic but the room was very depressing.
