The esthetics and it felt like home away from home
The layout of the place it was so open

Everything Was Great. The Room Was Very Comfortable and All The Staff That I Interacted With Were Professional But Personable Also. The Ambiance and Decor Throughout The Hotel Was Very Good.
There Were Guests With Animals Staying At The Hotel and I’m Severely Allergic To Animals (Dogs and Cats). Individuals Like Myself Are Often Disregarded When Facilities Are Pet-Friendly.

Easy parking, very convenient.
Open Atrium Layout of the property caused for there to be lots of noise as bus loads of teenagers arrived at the property at around 10pm. The teens continued to run around the hallways knocking on doors, running up and down the stairwells, and screaming until around 2:30am and management did nothing about it.

We come here every year to celebrate my best friend who passed away. We love the happy hour and breakfast of course. It’s always so clean
So we come every year to omg best friend who passed away her birthday is March 4th. This year was a mess only one elevator was working, so it was a line. I I deco to walk up the steps I have a bad knee but I would have been standing and waiting we were on the 4th floor 408 and had to walk several time due to the elevator my knee was paining so bad even my pain medicine was working. And now they charge for parking which is the most ridiculous thing ever. But this is the only bad experience I’ve had. But it was definitely disappointing about the elevators. Out of 4 only 1 was working for an 8 floor hotel

The location there is a shopping center close by. The free amenities, breakfast, happy hour, and free parking during my visit in October.
1. Did not have a phone in the room. Had to call the front desk from my mobile phone. 2. The front desk information indicated happy hour 5:30- 7:30 pm, kitchen personnel removed food 5pm. They said that the time period changed and info was not updated. 3. Guest will have to start paying for overnight parking starting November 1st, 2023. Why? It has been free parking on the parking lot since the 1980's.

The hotel room stunk of cigarette smoke. I had to wait almost an hour to gain access to my hotel room. The pool maintenance man came 1 hour before closing and was harassing guests about needing to clean the pool and kept pacing in circles around the pool. Ot was very unusual.

Our entire stay there was a party going on in the pool room. Children were inside the pool during adult time and there was no sense of respect for the other guests. Our door had no lock on it I had to put a chair in front of the door to keep my children inside the room.

Nice breakfast
Engineering issues with elevators and air conditioning. The room was very humid and the faucet in the tub had a constant slow leak as well as mold spots in the tub. There also was a long wait for basic linens. It took hours to have these issues addressed.

Breakfast and 5-8 pm appetizers

happy hour, breakfast, spacious room, ladies making omelets and waffles were awesome, lady bar tender was wonderful, front staff was nice and helpful
staff in the breakfast room and those cleaning the tables were very rude, very loud at times, hot in the breakfast eating area
4.2
The area, the breakfast, the design of hotel very nice.
No phone or clock in room. The balcony door wouldn't open. Room not thoroughly cleaned. The sofa mattress had a dip in the middle. No bedding for sofa bed. Giant Waterbug crawling on bed.

Everything the pool, breakfast, happy hour, front desk staff very very friendly and great customer service. Kid friendly. Rooms excellent space and cleanliness.

I like that they had free drinks between 5-7pm but the as much as the hotel cost they definitely made their money back in giving out “ complimentary drinks “. I also liked that the pool was opened and the hotel was in a great location surrounded by restaurants.
Checking in and finding out that it’s a $150 deposit that is mandatory and they Dont stated this when booking! What if that $150 was someone’s spending money for their trip? That’s not a good surprise!

I like the cleanliness of the hotel- the rooms very spacious - bathrooms are clean and updated. I really like the breakfast set up - and love the breakfast lobby area- great place to sit and talk if traveling with groups etc.

I liked the pool area, the complimentary breakfast, the reception. I loved my view
I had to change rooms twice because of heating issues

Great location, area malls and staff was very friendly.
Felt over crowded with people. Noisy at night. Police were called because of fighting in the hotel.

I loved the staff in the kitchen area they were very friendly. The bar tender with the salt and pepper hair was fabulous, she served and never made me feel like I was less because it was complementary. I kept seeing people in the bar area and would ask the front desk when the restaurant opened and they would say it is not opened yet. It was probably for honors members but I just feel like they should have had the courtesy of saying so.
The shower was cold, the little pool had so many people in it that it was over flowing the next morning and was about to have water in the hallway. I stayed with the Embassy many years ago and had higher expectations especially for $199 a night. They also said no parties but you seen so many people come in that just walked to a room and the had visible clues like balloons, gift bags and a lot of children hello party. I will not be staying here again.

I like that breakfast was available and that I had options.

Staff was very friendly & helpful.
I was overcharged for my room but staff made the adjustment immediately. The pool area was overcrowded & they had to close the area for cleaning but never told anyone that they opened it back up.

Noise level at 2am was loud and I was unable to sleep

Breakfast was in the middle of the hotel and was delicious! Omelettes and waffles made to order. Plenty of hot coffee. Family friendly. Polite staff that was very attentive to cleanliness- it was worth the trip!
Pool was cool temperature wise. Highway noise not drowned out well by heavy curtains. But other than that it was great!
