Room was spacios, room kitchen was well equipped, pool was really nice. Check in and out seemed straight forward and contactless

The pool and family friendly feel. Also very bike friendly with a secure anchor in each stall in the underground carpark. Will definitely stay again.

location.
the key cards didn’t work. even when replaced. we had to use other parties to access garage/ tub area. very inconvenient . hot tub closed for 2 days for “ safety “ reasons. they should have stated that when I booked them. also the rooms were dirty with hair and door handles / fridge very dirty. both rooms.

There was no breakfast
Very hot. No air conditioning. Unit above poor so very nosy. Unsupervised children running through the halls screaming. Key card would not open parking garage

The ski in ski out of the hotel. The jacuzzi area was well maintained and we were able to enjoy them every day after skiing to relax. We used the lobby area for a friendly dinner and it was clean, big enough for 22 people and the bbq was handy right outside.
The ski service and store located in the hotel were awesome, provided service for our skies overnight, well priced, and high quality.
In the room, the kitchen was all equipped so it was easy for us to prepare breakfast and dinner.
More restaurants and entertainment in the area. Apres-ski like in Europe.

The location was excellent! the kitchen was also surprisingly well equipped. Love the outdoor hot tubs too :)
Several of the dishes were dirty - we had to wash everything before using. They also don’t have any staff onsite so we had to drive to another building further down the hill to get more towels or get our room key fixed.

We loved the location thr mountain views were amazing. The apartment was stocked nice with little things we need.(coffee sugar plates wine glasses). The place has a really nice cozy feeling to it
It was probably cause of the off season but big trucks hauling material would use the Jake brake making very loud noises early in the morning. Making coffee in the morning not that pleasant

underground parking, room size. quiet, nice setting.
No A/C in the room, just the corridor. The parents let their kids take the pool over and ruined the experience. The advertised balcony is standing room only. The taxes and extra charges added $100+ for a two night stay.
