good location. good breakfast Excellent comfort in the bed. i had enough towels, and the housekeeping staff were good, one of them helped open my door as I was struggling with my suitcases.

the air conditioner was loud, but it kept the room at the perfect temperature. It was a heat wave when I was there. My meal at the restaurant was disappointing: I ordered the butter chicken which had only 3 pieces of chicken and a bowl of sauce. The naan bread and pappadom were excellent but the rice was tasteless and there weren't any vegetables, which was a huge disappointment. None of the restaurant staff smiled and they all seemed unhappy with the notable exception of the omelet chef. I found the decor, which is very modern and on trend, quite depressing. Too dark, even with the lights on.

Superbe qualité/prix

Personnel chaleureux ! Pièce commune très bien aménagé et confortable. Et déjeuner incroyable avec un cuisinier pour y faire les œufs comme on les aimes options d’omelette, œufs tournée, pochés etc

Air climatisé un peu bruyante, mais on s’y habitue et un peu de moisissures dans le bain-douche

Location was great, and breakfast was very good.

Room left for two days with out being cleaned. Tap unit on sink completely loose, and no hair conditioner available during our stay.ok

Breakfast was excellent. Not many places have a sit down buffet style breakfast!

Lack of information. Would've been nice if we knew how and where to get towels for the pool. No idea where the ice machine was, had to go to the front desk. These things should be in every room. Worst of all, went to the bar and waited for 15 minutes and got no service. I returned later and got served in 7 or 8 minutes but when I went to pay using my room number I was told that the bar and restaurant weren't part of the hotel and I had to return to my room to get a credit card. LACK OF INFORMATION ALL AROUND!!

Overall good. We would go back.

Location was good. Dinner was good but service was slow because of lack of staff for the number of customers.

Room was too far from main part of hotel. You had to go outside to go to the reception, dining and other amenities. Lighting in kitchenette area was nonexistent.

Thieves. Checked out one day early, and they said is ok, but they charged me again after I left. Did not send the receipt by email as they claimed.

We would stay here again.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. A special mention to Kummar and the young lady that works with him, they were particularly friendly.

The menu in the restaurant is quite limited. My wife and I tried the seafood chowder and it was terrible. The amount of seafood was generous enough, but I am sure you could have turned the bowl upside down and it would not fall out, way too thick and had an odd taste. They have a great breakfast that is included with your stay, way above what other hotels offer as a free breakfast.

Exceptional

It was clean, bright and everything was great. The staff was excellent and courteous. Often at hotels, I have found staff to be condescending or arrogant. Not the case here. The breakfast looked excellent. Cereal, toast, eggs, cereal, hash browns, yogurt juice, milk, coffee, etc. Sadly no bacon. :) There was even a grassy courtyard with picnic tables and seating.

No bacon at breakfast. Lol

The people make this place excellent!

The staff are number one! Friendly, helpful people. Front desk supervisor was very helpful upon our arrival. Helped ensure we were able to get dinner before dining room closed.

The staff. The bed is comfortable. Quiet and great sleep.

Attentive staff and wonderful included breakfast!

The staff was wonderful! Courteous and attentive. The complementary breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff was amazing! Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hearing was easy to adjust. The shower was very good. The coin laundry was easy to use and appreciated. It was quiet for our night’s stay.

Courtyard of property around the outdoor pool could use a little TLC but it could have just been due to being early in season.

Cozy and convenient

The front desk staff, the cleaners and the staff in the restaurant were amazing and very helpful.

I would have liked bacon or other breakfast meats in the breakfast buffet but there was only sausage.
