Location

Lovely setting amongst trees.
Our room was so spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast at the weekend was very tasty.
The service charge, was for golf balls, use of the gym, water in the room and other small things.
We are not golfers and did not require use of the gym and during our 4 night stay only had two bottles of water. Our room was on the pricy side (but worth it), so why charge another 15cad a day?

I loved the location, the grounds and the rooms were big and beautiful. The food was fantastic.
The hot water tank did not work properly so only one person could shower then we had to wait for over two hours for the next person to be able to shower or use the tub . I had to boil pots of water so my autistic daughter could have a bath before her graduation ceremony. Also the air-conditioning unit was broken and this was a week ago and still waiting to see if u get a discount from my room . We were not very happy as my mom was sick and had to wait to have a shower last minute before we had to leave the room .

Located on a golf course that was park like with mature well cared for gardens and tall fir trees. A deer grazing in the morning. It was welcoming and warm.
The tile and grouting in the bathroom needs renewing

They were very accommodating for an early check-in for a pet friendly room. Easy access in and out with our dog was greatly appreciated.

We have visited several time however this was the best. Beautiful villa overlooking the golf course. Close enough to walk to the restaurant and pro sho. Very comfortable bed and room.
The restaurant can be noisy especially when a loud group takes over. Wish staff had better control and suggested they keep it down so everyone could enjoy the evening. Nothing was done

secluded, large rooms, great service at the front desk, very clean.

Great location. No breakfast just coffee and cookies in the lobby. This property is still using Covid protocols. The rooms are super clean and very quiet there. If you're looking to relax, it's perfect !
We have stayed there before so I can attest to quality standards usually. The facilities were shut down but the golf course was being utilized. So what I didn't like was not being able to eat there unless I ordered to my room plus the absence of staff although this is happening everywhere right now

nice area
Dirty dishes in dishwasher when we arrived. made us wonder how clean the rest of the place was. Didn’t seem too bad, probably due to being short staffed and staff being stretched thin. Also due to staffing issues no breakfast on site, maybe a larger discount due to lack of services at an already expensive resort.

Beautiful location. Well thought-through in terms of facilities and amenities.
Only issue was finding our room which was a bit out of the way - front desk staff might have been more explicit in terms of how to get there.
3.0
The size was amazing, nice bath, great patio area and comfortable place
- Oven didn't work, we had to click it back on every 1 minute
- Air conditioning didn't work
- Tap in the kitchen was very finicky and was hard to turn off
