Disgusting- don’t go here!!

Disgusting, dirty, smelled so bad, noisy. The room was gross- peoples hairs in bathroom, tub was thick with old dirt. Plexiglass at the checkin desk cause it’s unsafe. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible that I had to pay this fee to stay at a dump and I can’t believe Wyndham would associate their name with this place.

Never ever again.

At the moment of booking, they appeared as if they offered free shuttle services. They sent me a message saying that they don’t provide any airport shuttle service one day before my stay. When I read the message it was too late to cancel.

as for one night stay after flight cancellation, it did the purpose:

almost nothing. The only thing was actually good was the food which was decent. the lady in their little restaurant is nice as well as the front desk staff.

it felt humid and the wet . the smell in the room and hallways was not pleasant at all

We were forced to spend a night at the airport our visit was suprisingly comfortable

The room was comfortable and well equipped - decor was a bit unusual . It was quiet inspite of being close to highways and airport

There was no food available in-the evening . We didn’t know that breakfast was available until we were leaving - should be advertised in the hotel

This hotel needs to be remodel. The homeless lives there in that hotel.

Poor

Needed Taxi to go 2 miles? Parking lot was dirty and there were broken down cars, trucks, people were yelling when I walked into the Lobby. It did not feel safe.

Just felt like a ""rip Off", it appeared clean once you were inside your room, but once you looked around, not well cared for. Did not feel safe or friendly.

Deeply disappointing.

It was close to the airport, otherwise I liked nothing about it.

it seemed cheaper than other hotels but just before you arrived they said that there was no shuttle bus due to Covid, which is nonsense. That meant a taxi to the hotel from the terminal and back in the morning. That cost around $60 which, had I know I would have spent on a better hotel with a shuttle bus. The entire hotel and grounds felt rundown and unloved and it’s in a grotty industrial area. The room was clean and the bed OK but otherwise a very disappointing hotel visit and the excuse about the shuttle bus fells like a cheat! Never ever again, I would rather sleep in the terminal.

Asked for early arrival and did receive it. Room was well cleaned.

Taxi or Uber was very expensive. Tv did not show what was on. Showed what channel but but no title.

I need a refund the stay was vey bad my keys never worked and the staff was rude and I couldn’t get sleep 💤 people was running up and down the hall every night

I would stay again but they need covers and to clean ice machine

it was in the cut , not bad price & check in ppl were nice

the ice machine had dirt coming out on to ice . heater was smelling like blow dryer . wasn’t no cover it was up and down with weather so it was chilly just with a sheet on bed .
