Navigating to park the car was challenging. The pool was overcrowded... kids in and out of the hot tub...

Overall we had a Great stay !

My kids enjoyed the pool … one of the lifeguards He was Rude n I mean really rude but after chatting with the girls they still enjoyed their stay as well

The fire alarm Wednesday night. Chairs in breakfast/reception area could use a change. They are all pretty low seating compared to the table which makes it awkward to eat. The fake wicker chairs were more at the correct height

Disappointing

Free drinks (2 per person) the evening that we checked in. The free beakfast was really good and exceeded our expectations.

Pool was not open while we were there. We were told they have "limited pool hours" but in fact the pool is just not open during the week. It is only open on the weekends. A/C in our room did not work enough to keep us comfortable. Maintenance came to "fix" it which did not improve the situation. We ended up getting a fan which helped a little. We all still felt very warm and uncomfortable. There are not enough towel bars or hooks in the bathroom. The sofa in the suite had ripped cushions. The suite we were in was very dark. Not enough lighting!! There were random rolling desk chairs all over in the hallway (some knocked over and laying on their side) and one even in the elevator. Why??? Just not the quality that we expected. We left disappointed.

The staff was great, very friendly! Room was spacious and clean, no complaints.

The parking situation sucked. It was a little overpriced, and the garage was not practical. Obviously it’s not embassy suites fault, but who ever was the architect who designed the building should reconsider their profession. Most of the spots in the garage would not fit a normal sized car; weird.

The pool was extremely dirty and just a couple chairs for the entire pool to use. Not enough. The parking lot is too small. Barely found a spot to park when I arrived.

Upon arrival every one of the staff was welcoming and helpful! From giving directions on the Marta to offering us an umbrella while we were out, they were magnificent! The bartender was generous and the food (both dinner and breakfast) was delicious and great service. The facility was clean throughout and the pool lifeguard was fun but firm about the rules which made me relaxed! Definitely a great pick!

There's nothing I can say I didn't like! However, if you're one that does not like line be sure to get there early for courtesy drinks and breakfast!

Third time is a charm!

Breakfast is wonderful, staff is courteous!

Bed/mattress was hard, and I did see a German roach in the lobby, hopefully, there is routine pest control as I work in property management and know that once a colony is established on the property it results in a devastating and costly infestation.

We had a good one night stay, just a warm one!

Large room with plenty of space for family of 5. Breakfast was good and I liked that it was included. I wish the breakfast was served longer than 10:30 on a weekend, as many had late nights.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were flat. Also, no fan in the bathroom, which made it very hot. The parking was dreadful and elevators did not have directions to parking on level 1. Directional signage could have been better.

I will continue to stay at your facility in the future as I have been doing so for about 15 years.

The primary reason for staying at your facility is the location, its walking distance to Old Town and well as the Metro station. Second would be the complimentary breakfast/happy hour. Your staff at the front desk have always been outstanding and attentive.

Hire bartenders that are more courteous and know how to make a drink. I'm referring to simple common drinks, not complicated ones. The room itself had some minor issues. The refrigerator couldn't be adjusted and food and drink kept freezing. It would have been nice to have a bathroom fan to help with the steaming issue from a shower, which would help control the mildew odor. Evident with the damage over the vanity area ceiling. The curtains in both windows within the bedroom were torn from wear-n-tear.

The last time I a problem with a guy that works the bar area and again I had a problem with him tall Black guy. I purchased the parking with food voucher and he told me that they had to give me a ticket from the front desk I in order for me to use it…the couple sitting next to me said that they had the same thing and he told them they didn’t have a ticket either but he quickly took care of the problem. I guess they gave him a big tip like the last time.
