I wont be back

I love this part of Beaverton. I grew up near here.

Your woman at the front desk was absolutely horrible to myself and my colleague. I understand people have bad days but she was hostile to us from the moment we stepped through the door. Very sad

This place has no idea of hospitality.

Good breakfast. Good room layout.

Staff rude, unhelpful,possibly racist. Called the police-by law we had to vacate-due to incompetence of hotel. Room had a clogged bathroom-would have to wait a day to have it looked at, we were asked to use bathroom of travel mates. They were not prepared to call out a handyman/plumber until working hours. The room was not cleaned as requested, and they refused to clean Steven though staff were available. No manager or other was available. Rather they called the police.

Servicing room every 4 days was not enough. Told us to leave dirty towels on floor for 4 days!

The breakfast was good, but missed it most mornings because they stopped serving at 9am. On vacation I like to sleep in a bit.

Had requested an early checking (1pm) as our flight arrived at 11am. When we called at noon to see if we could get in before 3:00, we were told we could not.

We only needed a bed to sleep in, it was pricey for needing just a place to sleep.

clean and bright and breakfast included was very good with lots of different choices. we stayed at a different Hilton branded hotel just a few weeks prior and the bed was super uncomfortable and we had to pay for breakfast that only has a few items on the menu. Homewood Suites was slightly higher cost, if you include the parking, but the comfier bed and better breakfast definitely made it worth it.

they charge $10/night if you have to park a car there. this was not on the listing and they were gracious enough to waive it for us (we were just there for two nights)

Comfortable stay in fine hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was also very comfortable and up-to-date. Breakfast was good.

We wish to have proper bread or toast at the breakfast.

Great breakfast, loud furnace.

Comfortable, and clean. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had at a hotel. Everything we needed.

The furnace was loud and would wake us up every time it came on in the night.

Very clean and well staffed. Room was nice size for the four adults in our group. The staff was very friendly and responsive to the few needs we had. Would definitely stay here again!

The location and room were nice. The lobby was pretty and the breakfast buffet and all day coffee was excellent

The location is great. The kitchen inside the room is very convenient and has most utensils that I needed. That's what I liked the most! The gym is really good too! Very good price compared to what other hotels offers in the same location.

Breakfast was not great, probably because of Covid. The way food is being served was not appealing to me.
