The hotel is nice but it’s not insulated well at all and it’s hard to sleep being close to the road.

It was clean and the staff were friendly.

The walls are extremely thin. We could hear each time the elevator doors opened and traffic outside all night, even with 2 sound machines running. We didn’t sleep much at all.

Staff are amazing. Coffee and tea 24/7.

Very limited breakfast food options. Literally no protein option, all carbs: bagels, cereal, sure there were apples and bananas but still subpar to other cheaper hotels

Was good except for breakfast offerings

Location and how thstaff honored a request to be near elevator/entrance as one of us has difficulty walking.

Breakfast was not up to par - Marriott and Holiday Inn breakfast are much better. Only offered a vegan or very small muffin and yogurt. Orange and apple juice or tea and coffee. No protein of any kind. Sign said could buy items from the little grocery area. Not very patron friendly.

My overall stay was pretty good and I would stay again.

Close to shops, friendliness of employees and the cleanliness of the hotel.

That they don’t have walk in showers for the double occupancy rooms with the queens beds. Also the beds were a little too firm.

Overall a nice, clean place to stay. I would come again if I needed a place to stay up in the area.

The location was fabulous because I needed to be close to my job and to shopping. The location was good for both. I also very much enjoyed my BED. I had a very comfortable King Size bed and it was very comfortable night's sleep! Staff was also very friendly, helpful, and informative.

The breakfast was probably the most disappointing of what was a good experience. While I was happy to have a breakfast to wake up to, there was very little variety to choose from. There was also a huge bus tour that was in the breakfast area and things got a bit chaotic in terms of serving. Not necessarily the staff's fault (it was a big crowd and they were clearly all moving as one). But having a greater variety of food may have broken up some of the gridlock that was occuring at the breakfast stations. Coffee was also not as strong as I would have liked.

Pleasant stay with lack luster breakfast. Great for college student traveler.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast did not meet expectations. Only options was yogurt, bagel and muffins. Lobby chairs were very uncomfortable as well as chairs in rooms. Hotel seems to be of comfort for a more younger customer. Not older customer who make like cushions or chairs that aren’t so low. Everything seemed more like a college dorm.

pool was not open. Nightly rate was way up charged for a holiday inn express due to a lacrosse tournament weekend.

I asked for 2 beds and only got one king size. I didn't get what I paid for. I spoke with someone about . I was very displeased and the fact you wanted me to move to a different location after I had travel for 15 hours on the highway from Mississippi to Maryland..

The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Teenager charter tour and the were very disruptive. Running through the hallways and slamming room doors. Definitely no sleeping while they were in the building even after contacting the front desk.
