The tub was very slippery.I slipped and almost fell every-time showered. The chair and ottoman was full of stains .The clovers was tucked so tight I could barely get in the bed.

The location, the exterior looked a lot nicer than the rooms were, and the staff was decently pleasant.
The first or second night, the fire alarm went off around 1:30am-3:30am. They made everyone come downstairs and we had to wait till the firemen came. It was just a huge inconvenience in the middle of the night.

We booked the room for a local dance competition. We purposely chose this hotel due to its location and the indoor pool for the girls. The pool was closed because it didn’t pass inspection, though we were not told. There were dirty socks in our room when we checked in, along with an open paper clip which I almost stepped on, later that night, and some loose change. If the room had been vacuumed, those items would obviously not have been there. Our heat/air were not initially working so we had to call maintenance and there were also no working ice machines on 4 floors (I only tried 4 different floors because I got fed up and didn’t want to keep running around the hotel at 10:30 at night) - we also had hair on the floor of the bathroom which I just decided to clean myself because “enough was enough” already and I needed to get my daughter showered and to sleep for her competition early the next morning.

The AC wasn’t working in most of the common areas and it was hot and humid. My allergies were really bothering me while I was in the building. The food at the restaurant wasn’t very good.

It was a very nice hotel in a nice location
The indoor pool area was good
I payed extra to get a patio but could not use it because of the rain, but even when I opened up the door to get fresh air the people next door were smoking and it was not pleasant. I didn’t realize those rooms are for smokers. Also they were playing music till 12AM and had to call front desk which they send security.
I wish I could have been able to enjoy my upgraded room more!
