The hot tub was nice when it wasn't filled with loud individuals. Some of which worked at the facilities. Good strides made to renovate the bathroom but further steps to renovate the entire suite still needed.
There were several issues with the suite. First, the fire alarm was chirping constantly and I had to fix myself. there was a maxi pad behind the dresser so clearly the place was not cleaned. Archaetic to have entry to a suite using 2 different keys. One of which constantly stuck in the door. Fridge did not work but that was repaired when I notified the front desk. There was no leniency on the 10am checkout time even though check in for next occupants is not until 4pm and nor was the place fully booked. The facility also indicated it had a gym. Nowhere did it indicate that you needed a car to get to the gym. Never saw it for the entire time I was there. Sauna was also not functional. The bed sheets also had cigarette burn marks.

Location for skiing.
The bed linens were less than ideal. No mattress pad or cover, rough sheets, thin towels. Sleep sofa was very uncomfortable.
The kitchen: no oven mits, no brush or sponge for the sink. I don't expect to have to buy or bring those items.

Great location
bedrooms and beds are little bit small, others are good, I am not sure if there is Wifi in the house, but it has good mobile signal.

Key provided for main hall didn’t work, staff were slow to rectify.
Water activity times were not respected, water slides were supposed to be open at 1:00 p.m. however they did not open until almost 2:00 p.m. and then only for a short period. The water slides were to be open from 1-4 .

Swimming pool was a winner for the kids
corridors are super hot, but very good accommodation overall

the slides were attractive during booking
Out of date and in need of updates( decor and possibly a mattress from the early 80’s?) Clearly it is hard to find staff to work. Our condo had been “cleaned”before we arrived but there was still dust on the baseboards and behind furniture, crumbs in the pull out coach.
The vertical blinds had trouble keeping the sunlight out in some places and even with the ceiling fan, the bedroom was hot to sleep because it was too far from the wall air conditioning unit in the dining room area.
The pool and slides were lacking supervision and rules and it had a free-for-all vibe. The fun (big) slides close early (5pm) so if you have a later arrival you can’t take advantage of the attraction that drew you towards this accommodation.

Swimming pool is so popular and bring a lot of fun to kids. Room is big.
Safety of swimming is a concern, no signs for how deep the pool and all edges of the pool are rough, so players get hurt easily. Room was upgraded but air conditioning was not, it is so loud luckily that days we stay were cool, so didn’t use it just open the windows. Another thing is the bath towels, some of them really need to be get rid of, they are so old.

No breakfast. The ladies at the desk were very nice.

The location was very good just a few minutes from the ski hill. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great for the grandchildren and gave the grandchildren something to do after skiing. Without the pool it would have been much less enjoyable. A very good family place for the children; they met and played with lots of other kids.
The beds were terrible. The best one was one of the twins while the queen and the other twin were awful. My back acted up so much that I could barely walk and missed about 50% of my planned skiing; I don't normally have back issues. No stone was left unturned to find the cheapest things available; everything from the pullout couch and furniture to the dishwasher and cutlery were of the poorest quality. That said, I can forgive everything except the beds.

the hot tub was nice. as was the location
the condo was very poorly equipped, we requested additional pillows and blankets and none were available and no one followed up as they indicated they would. the fridge did not work and some of our food spoiled. again we notified reception and they said they would follow up and they did nothing. we paid over $300 per night for this accommodation and it fell short on several front.

We did not use any of the amenities since we always make our own food and did not feel comfortable swimming in this covid time. The floor plan of the mezzanine was well done and the fans in the rooms circulated air very well. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was very clean and we did have sufficient towels, face towels and hands towels. The water pressure in the shower was great.
I was very upset to find food particles on the cleaned utensils that were in the drawers and so did some of the glass casserole dishes and plates. I ran ALL of the dishware, cutlery and drinking glasses through the dishwasher to be sure they were clean before we ate on anything. The frying pans had surface cuts on the cooking surface so we did not use them (no one should! ) and they need to be replaced. All condos we have previously rented elsewhere (USA, Canada, Japan, France) have had salt, pepper, paper towel, a sponge for dishes, and sometimes aluminum foil for baking as well as plastic wrap for covering left overs. None of these were in the condo. MSA needs to let their guests know that they need to bring these items, as well as to bring laundry soap, or that this is available for purchase at the front desk. We are avid campers so we could have brought these items with us. We did have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The bathroom could also use some hooks to hang up towels or clothes.

Location is very convenient and has a nice view, having an outdoor pool is a bonus especially during summer. This is our 2nd time to stay in this resort. The chalet we stayed at was spacious compared to the one bedroom we stayed at last year.
We brought our bikes with us and the chalet had plenty of space for them.
Furniture is outdated though and the patio lock does not work. I reported it but no one came to fix it. Towels need to be upgraded.
Sofa bed needs to be replaced.
You should have Wifi in the all the rooms. It was not convenient to go to the lobby to connect.

It was well located for Mont Ste Anne. The place was clean. There was lots of snow while we were there and the staff shovelled the snow from the parking area and walkway. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked.
The staff at the front desk said "No" to basically everything I asked for:
- Do you have more pillows? NO. (There were 2 pillows total for a family of 4 people.)
- Do you have a pan for cooking something in the oven? NO. (I had phoned two days before our arrival and asked specifically if the kitchen had an oven pan to which they had responded yes, and if they didn't we could ask the front desk. Little did I know! I would have brought my own if I had known that they were so unaccommodating / poorly stocked.)
- Do you have more dishwasher pods? NO. (We were there for 8 days and they gave us 6 pods. Problem was, there were only plates and utensils for 6 people so basically every meal you have to wash them by hand.)
