Good value , good location

Room needs paint and refrigerator did not work. Bathroom and front door need adjusting- room 114, as they stick and difficult to close.

Stay was comfy enough, but NO AIRPORT SHUTTLES

The room was recently updated, floors were clean, good AC, fridge in room

Mold in bathroom, NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE , and I’m pretty sure this property was listed as having an airport shuttle.

Not worth it

Most of the staff was very helpful, gave us another room coz some lights didn t work and brought us a new coffeemaker after the 1st one tried to explode. It was clean enough and the location was very good.

We ve been there 3 nights. The 1st days breakfast was catastrophal, the waffle maker was a mess, the dough all over the floor, no coffee, no cups, nothing and no staff around to clean or to add something for breakfast. People were searching for workers about 20 min but couldn t find anyone. The 2nd day we didn t bother to get up for breakfast and the 3rd day we came down at 8.30 am, breakfast should be served till 9 am, again almost nothing to eat, only a half cup of coffee left. A young woman who was saying she works only her 2nd day in the motel, took away all the rests and said "if people like to have breakfast they should get up earlier". WTF??? So it was really not worth it and the price to high, just don t offer breakfast!

NOPE. NEVER. I'M GOOD.

I couldn't say . I couldn't even stay at the property because someone else was paying half of the room for me. RIDICULOUS.

WELL LET'S SEE. The guy working for one and basically whoever else they have working ONLY BECAUSE they kept hanging up on me when i was trying to fix an issue i had. Very unprofessional🙄🙄🙄

sheets seems to have foot prints like from a boot and one pillow case also. wall paper in t bathroom had what looked like (boogies) on it and needed wiped down also floor was sandy.

Never again!

Only that it was near the location i was attending.

First of all the girl at the counter was super RUDE!.. not a hello how may i help you just a stare and waiting for us to tell her we're checking in. The facility is very dirty. The building really needs a makeover. Ceilings were cracked and walls filthy. For $100 a night, I guess we got what we paid for.

Nothing. Place was dirty. Dirty sheets. Ugly dirty tub. I even took pictures of the place. I thought was a good deal. I seen why so cheap. I wouldn't recommend this ugly motel to any body. Bed bugs. I should of read the reviews before I even booked. I asked for a refund and nope they denied it. Got mad because I wanted my money back. I pay for a good place to lay my head and rest. I didn't even get to sleep. I over herd a guy say bed bugs so I was out of there I wasn't going to chance that. Bring bed bugs home yeah right. Smdh.

It was pleasing and I will stay with you again on my next trip through Albuquerque.

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and kept me filled until lunch. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was meticulously clean.

The location was a little hard to find if a person is unfamiliar with Albuquerque and exits. I missed the exit and had to find my way back. I should have called ahead and gotten more specific instructions.

Stuck in the Wild West!

Quiet and Relaxing

No amenities! Why? No Ice Machine, No Laundry room, No Trash can in rooms and very outdated tvs. Not sure why Super 8 would be unstructured.

Worst experience

We liked nothing about the stay at this hotel.

They had "no vacancy" yet all the rooms were empty. They put half of my family on a complete separate floor from us even though we were assured we would have side by side rooms. Checking in, we waited 45 minutes for anyone to come to the lobby to help us. The coffee sucked. No breakfast. No pillow cases on the pillows. Red/blue lights in the rooms instead of regular lights. Would NOT reccomend.

Stairwells in disrepair parts of the exterior in disrepair. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I would not recommend this place.

Horrible.

It looked abandoned. There was construction going on in pool area. The couple staying 2 doors down starting fighting at midnight. We called APD. They did not come. Couple kept us awake fighting until 3:AM. We had to leave at 4AM to catch our flight. I will never stay at that chain again.

Worst experience ever

We waited for long long time while we was checking in! The front desk worker was missing! When She's back, she got my ID and helped me check in then missing again! She didn't give me room number! We finally got in our room but we didn't live there cause when we get in the room, we found that the sheets are dirty with some black dots, heater didn't work, the refridge has some left over and we didn't have any towels and bath supplements🤬The reason they told us was they don't have any room available and all the staffs run out. Then why you keep rooms available online!! This is the worst experience I had ever experienced before!

Stayed here before and it was economical and convenient.

The property is in disarray they should take themselves off bookings and advertisements till they get things in order. They caused stress and anguish when you show up and nothing is available and have to start looking for a place to stay.
