Large room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
The only downside is that it's a little remote from the Napa city center.

Hotel has free car parking which was a bonus - the hotel is situated on a quiet street where it is 10 mins walk to the nearest shoppping area
Check in was brilliant. I had arrived early as husband had to go work and I was going to sit at reception and wait for check in time which was about 2 to 3 hours later. But she found me a room that was ready and allowed me in straightaway! Thank you so much!
This was a stopover so I only stayed one night but wished I could have stayed longer.
I felt quite safe walking to the shopping area to buy food and see what is around me
Bathroom was clean and everything I needed was provided
Room was spacious and contained a microwave and a fridge plus a coffee maker
I could even catch up on Netflix on the TV!
Nothing at all

4 km.

Very friendly staff and comfortable beds, and the breakfast was a 10/10. I will definitely be coming back. The pool is being renovated so no hopes up.
Pool was not accessible.

Comfortable room and good entertainment - swimming pool, snooker and other games.
The waiter breakfast service was not necessary.

The room and facility was great. Free cookies, fruit, or coffee throughout the day. Fun games.
I had severe allergies the whole time we were there. The room was extremely dusty or their was a lot of allergens. My eyes completely puffed up by the end of the trip.

breakfast fabulous; attractive physical spaces; friendly staff
having to request basic housekeeping like towels, trash , coffee replenish. I was asked by text if I wanted basic housekeeping, I said yes, but it wasn’t done. Desk staff responded in timely manner to towel request but response to coffee request incomplete.

The rooms were very spacious! They were also very clean upon our arrival.
There were not that many bathroom towels provided and we had to request more twice.

I liked that it was in a good location surrounded by Target, restaurants, gas stations and other grocery stores.
4.5
We liked the room- very clean and spacious. The bathroom had a nice large counter so plenty of room for my toiletries. The bed and pillows were very comfy too.
The Air conditioner was super noisy so if you are a light sleeper, each time it turned on, it would wake you up for a moment.
2.5
I specifically requested "Breakfast included" when I booked. It's my fault that I did not read carefully confirmation, but they charged for breakfast. I don't know if that is Booking.com or the hotel. Anyway I did not want to argue.
For two nights, there were no room service. They could have at least checked if we need something, coffee refill, clean towels, etc. Limited selections in their menu.

The young lady who worked the morning shift on July 23rd was very nice and accommodated my husband and I when we couldn't ride the rental bikes due to the machine being down. That was really nice of her even though we wasn't looking for anything. Also, the breakfast was delicious. All staff we encountered was nice!!
