Fine!
Room was VERY outdated and not as clean as we would like.
Also, room overlooked the roof... not very nice.
Also, a little noisy in hallways....

Staff were terrific
Physical plant is tired and dirty. Worn furniture, chipped paint, leaky toilet valve, soap dispensers empty, sheets smelled bad. Come on guys, you can do better.

Close to the mall and freeway. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The entrance and lobby are of modern design with plenty of seating for a rest, meeting or just having a coffee. Plenty of parking spots. The house restaurant had a good variety of foods that were of good portion size while not being overpriced as over hotel restaurants.
The pool was closed most of the time during our stay, a bummer as we had planned to use it. The gym is small, the peloton bike did not work. The furniture in the room was very dated and parts needed repair. Parts looked like from the 70s, no safe to store valuable items which seems odd for a Hotel of this statue. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the bathroom, and the main room we discovered hairs from prior customers, the same in the shower and on wall tiles. Also, the headboard of the bed displayed a lot of greasy schmeer, like it was not cleaned, or wiped in quite some time. Some of the supplied bottles for lotion and shampoo were empty.

Location close to home
I didn’t like how the whole hotel smelt of weed, the pool area was not peaceful and very unsanitary. Parents were lettkng their young babies in the pool with no diaper or swim diapers ,crying through the whole place.in the pool
Area there was also a young couple literally
On top of each other it was very uncomfortable and disgusting me and my husband just left to go back to
Our room after not even 5minutes. The linen was itchy the shower was dirty .

Breakfast was outstanding!
Let me start by saying that I've never left a poor or negative review for any hotel, airbnb etc. but felt the need to for this stay! When I stay at a Hilton property, I expect higher standards in all areas & don't mind paying more than other places as I know that my stay will be to my standards! Unfortunately, I will not stay at this location again & will try another place when I visit the area as I do often to see family!
-Reception/check-in unfriendly, room size ridiculously small eventhough I paid for the larger double-bed room, room cleanliness not up to Hiltons standards (must've forgotten to vacuum & dust certain areas), room is completely outdated, indoor pool/jacuzzi were not heated & ice cold--even grandchildren who normally tolerate a cold pool couldn't swim bcuz of temperature, jacuzzi area had "caution" tape all around it except for its entrance. Consistent heavy smell of marijuana in hallway by swimming pool...not pointing fingers but employees in & out of different doors in this hallway & I made it a point to state so that employees could overhear me, that such a strong smell of pot all the time in this hallway! My 6 yo grandson has lung issues since birth & should not be exposed to secondhand smoke of any kind! I will say that the best experience at this location was the breakfast...outstanding!!

Staff could be a little more friendly but guess they deal with some not so good people

A/C in disrepair, making a racket so loud it was unusable. Not the usual hotel AC loud, this was a broken machine noise. The room 1/2 and 1/2 creamer was so old it had solidified.

Location was why I was there.
I the room had a few minor issues. For example, the shower head attached to a hose did not have the proper hook to hold it in place. It was broken.
