Buena opción solo para dormir.

Excellent!

Property was clean and comfortable, close to everywhere we wanted to go

The only problem we encountered was the lack of dog litter bags at the one outside pet area, our last day there.

Third stay at this hotel, will stay again. Breakfast needs a fruit MEDLY addition, not just individual whole fruits.

La limpieza de la habitación y el desayuno

Muy mal servicio en la recepción, muy poco amables. La habitación agradable pero el sofá cama no tenia sábanas ni ropa de cama; la cobija que nos trajeron estaba rota. Al día siguiente no arreglaron la habitación que porque nosotros teníamos que avisar que la debían arreglar (primera vez en la vida que me pasa esto en un hotel y fuera de eso en el ingreso no le advierten a uno que así funcionan las cosas en este hotel); pedimos que al menos nos llevaran unas toallas secas y nunca aparecieron con ellas. Las personas de la recepción con un trato despectivo y totalmente desinteresadas con la situación, muy poco interés por prestar un buen servicio. La verdad no volvería.

No se queden en este hotel, muy sucio y viejo !

La atención estuvo muy mala, olía muy feo, el desayuno terrible, las habitaciones viejas y sucias. Pague las suite más cara del hotel y prácticamente me tocó rogar para que me alistaran el sofá cama del cuarto. No recomiendo este hotel para nada

Extremely disappointed ... would not recommend.

Hotel stay was ruined because the Room's 2 windows were permanently covered with brown paint stained plastic sheets. prohibiting 100% of natural light and outside view.perspective, resulting in darkened room.. Our complaints to front desk recd zero response. This is no way to treat paying hotel guests paying close to $300 per day.

My wash cloths had pubic hairs in it. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough. It appears to only be two housekeepers on duty.

The bed was soft.

The elevator is out dated and needs service ASAP!!!

Overall the stay was good and I will tell my friends and family to stay when they come to visit me.

I liked the breakfast very much, coffee excellent, oatmeal good, the other selections was very good, I also like the yohurt selections, there certainly was lots of jelly, butter, coffee selections to choose from.

What I didn't like, I didn't ask for a walk-in shower, I didn't know if there was one in the hotel, next time I'll ask, also the toilet paper roll was a little far for me to reach when I was on the toilet, I managed.

It was a little pricey and the pool needed to be power washed....wished the pool stayed open later.

My stay was excellent and I will recommend Hampton to all my friends and family.

I loved the fact that we were a few minutes early but was allowed to check in and the room was extremely clean. Every staff member that we encountered from the front desk receptionist, to the staff that cleaned the rooms, to the food servers was so hospitable.

The price a little on the high end.

Very good

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was close to restaurants and shopping.

The breakfast was adequate. The price was a little high but to be expected when you travel to Palm Beach County during season.

Sorry, we will not be back. Other hotels comparable have lower pet fees and the golf channel.

We were there to play golf with friends nearby. We were very disappointed that the TV didn't have the golf channel. The pet fee was very high compared to there hotels.

the breakfast area was very clean. There were a variety of items to chose from. My room met my expectation it was very spatial. The staffs who checked me in and out were kind and polite.
