Kind and friendly staff

Very kind and attentive staff, made us feel at home! The room was clean and tidy, and the reserved parking was very convenient. We didn't try the pool due to lack of time. The simple yet good packed breakfast was appreciated.

Cleaning staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms very clean. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and we needed it in 30 degree weather.

Hotel was a looked run down. Outside especially. Pool not working. Rooms clean but worn out looking. Very chintzy with towels, soap and shampoo extras. Front desk staff person was not customer service oriented. We had phoned hotel asking for two room side by side and on second floor. We were told this could be done and it wasn't. We got the first floor and only after a room switch because of smoke smell did we have two rooms together. We were told by desk staff that she always puts seniors on first floor. We are not that senior. She also took a phone call in the middle of our check in. Left us waiting.

Not worth $125/ night

The outside by the front desk was presentable and clean

Upon entering the room there was a white brown stain on the floor, but as i touched it with my shoe, it came up The carpet is very old and outdated. Walking on it with my shoes, it felt dirty and musty, lifting in up in some places. The floor was very loud when walking and ended up tiptoeing throughout. The overall feeling was not safe, as there were some sketchy people in the other rooms. The caulking was coming up around the sink and was very noticeable. The bed was comfortable with a mattress protector and pad, but there was no fitted sheet. Not sure if i was allergic to the detergent they use, but i woke up through the night and felt like something was being crawled on. The window was locked, but still was able to slide a little bit.

The staff was nice, location is good

The bedding had stains, the bathroom roof tiles were missing and the bathroom door knob was to small for the hole so there was a gap at the top you could look into the bathroom and the tub plug was to big so I couldn’t have a bath

It was a nice comfortable stay.

Comfortable sleep. Loved the breakfast in a bag so we could eat and head for the airport. Really stopped any worries about delays in a restaurant.

Great location. Close to hospital.

I appreciated how close the hospital was as I came to visit a friend there. Liked that there was a fridge and microwave. Found the room a good size and that it was pretty quiet.

The TV remote volume down was not working properly. I would have liked to seen a designated smoking area that was set up for smokers. When I asked if they had one the lady at the desk told me I had to go on the sidewalk behind the trees or in my car with the windows up. When I did go just off the property to have a smoke I was witness to the amount of butts that were on the ground (yes, I did pick mine up and put them in the trash). A small area with a garbage can would be helpful.

The staff was very accommodating and super helpful. Thank you.

Parking was poor as I had my work truck and space limited for vehicle. Once parked we could not leave as would not have been able to repark. There was no information on limited parking for bigger vehicles.

Comfortable. Enjoyed watching channels on the TV - channels I cannot get at home.

I was waiting for surgery at the hospital. There are no places to eat within walking distance. I had to take taxis to get a meal.

it was a medical trip so was as pleasant as it could be.

loved the armchair by the windows, the great lighting over the bed perfect for reading & the table that meant not having to eat on the bed.

typical if most motels there is no adequate lighting for working at the desk or table.

The location is good for going to the hospital

I had to go back three times because the room wasn't ready, I didn't get the discount for the hospital rate due to using booking . com and the night shift person was rude no breakfast and we had to take the cover off the pool ourselves

Never again and won't refer anyone to stay there

Breakfast was a joke a paper bag with half a muffin yogurt apple and a juice box .I had to keep going to the office to ask for coffee for the coffee maker .They never made the beds on 2nd night and didn't leave coffee again .I dropped my room key behind the TV I pulled the cabinet out to retrieve it and it was disgusting old candies and garbage with allot of dust on it so its been there a while .

Good location, easy access, not bad priced.

Had a small shower but the two shower nozels made up for it. Bed comfy.

Room really needed a good airing or the carpet needs to be replaced (smelled bad).

Nothing,. Room stunk of cigarettes smoke.

Room smelled of cigarettes smoke. The check in clerk , gave me a lecture on how vaccines are fake. She was A rabbit anti vaxer. Blamed the nurse shortage on vaccines.
